Great products

I found the website a couple of weeks ago and I’ve ordered twice already, the delivery is extremely quick. The quality of the items is brilliant and they have a wide range of products as well. I would recommend them, they keep you well I formed about your delivery too. Thank you

Had a packet of hydrocolloid plasters…

Had a packet of hydrocolloid plasters in the drawer, girlfriend cut her finger, tried to open a plaster up, first one wouldn't open for the life of me, tried another, but the protective tape that's been applied to the plaster to prevent you using it wouldn't come off, grabbed another one got some of the tape off, but found both sides to be sticky, ended up sticking some of the plaster to myself and some to her, threw it away and grabbed yet another one, this time the preventative wrapper was welded to the plaster, with absolutely no chance of separation, scratched about in the cupboard and found a decent brand of plaster (Tescos own brand) and applied within a few seconds. Glad the laceration wasn't critical, otherwise Steroplast would have ensured my girlfriends early demise. My recommendation is to avoid there products at all costs. Thank me later.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience with our hydrocolloid plasters. We haven’t had any other reports of this issue, and we do sell a very high volume of this product, so it’s unusual to hear of such difficulty.
