Positive Experience
Very friendly, helpful staff from showroom to delivery people. The payment staff were lovely too, but the standardised message I received regarding payment was very annoying...being told to "contact the number urgently to make payment or we may have to charge you storage and can't guarantee we can hold on to your item" etc etc...particularly
galling as sofa was several months late!! Otherwise, good experience and would shop there again.

Could not be better
Very helpful staff in the carpet section. Gave excellent advice and assisted greatly in our choice of rug. As it was a circular rug we wanted the choice was fairly limited but the staff persevered and finally got us what we wanted. Delivery was very prompt and it arrived on the day and time advised. Very happy with our choice

Great service from choosing to having the carpet fitted
Picking the carpet I was looking for was made easy by Clive pointing me to the ones suitable for what I needed. He was happy to lend me the sample to try at home and arranged quickly to have the rooms measured. Clive and the team were helpful in working to our timescale and once we were ready to have the carpet fitted the fitters came as planned. They were very friendly and did a great job. Thrilled with our 2 new carpets
