Helpful staff but still no delivery
The salesperson was helpful and did her best to see if I could take home the two chairs that I wanted. No luck but she explained when I would receive them. It would be 6 weeks for delivery. I received an email informing that this would be delayed and today I received another with another delay of over 4 weeks. I am now considering cancelling.

Delivery times
Service was great in the showroom as I bought 2 x 3 seater leather sofas and tempur bed in march (we paid it in full ) was told I would be contacted when they would be delivered , Never thought i would not get my paid order until end of July ( 4 months later ) so beware on when you will get your order , I really thought it would be sooner

Why wasn’t I told that there would be a delay in collecting my already paid for in full Lamp Table?

Bought 2 sofas the same but came different comfort level different the whole look of the sofa is different NOT HAPPY .if this is how they came recliner vs fixed this should be explained at time of purchase will never be back at sterling to purchase anything and would not recommend to friends and family you have lost a loyal customer
