Had a problem with our kitchen tap leaking at swivel joint ,rang up and spoke to Rebecca and within 2 days had part to rectify. Was expecting maybe new washers but they sent a complete new spout . excellent service

Great service
Great service - contacted and spoke to Rebecca who sorted the problem, advised the replacement part would be supplied under warranty ( which is 5 years!) and it arrived within 24 hours of my initial enquiry - brilliant after sales service!

Absolute first class Customer Service
Absolute first class Customer Service. Contacted them with respect to a faulty new filter and within hours a replacement plus a complimentary one was on its way. I have to say I have been using these filters for a number of years and this was the first problem encountered.

I had a problem with my kitchen tap. I contacted the support team and spoke to Amber. She was very helpful and responsive - seeking technical advice and arranging for a replacement part. When a further problem occurred she acted just as quickly to get a solution.

It was my first ever contact with Amber she was so caring so helpful I asked for a 25yr old sink unit supplied buy B & Q, she was not fazed she said she would search and reconnect with me and she did, so caring a wonderful experience, compared to B & Q who kept me on hold for 1hour 15mns and never returned my request. Well done Amber you and your company can be very proud of yourselves

I had an issue due to hard water that required a new tap insert for my Clearwater Stella tap.
After contacting Sterling I received a full set of replacement valves within 24 hours - that is what I call excellent customer service. Well above expectations

Needed parts for tap
Needed parts for tap. One phone call and the parts arrived the next day. Obviously I’d rather the tap valve didn’t leak after 3 years, but replacement was free and an easy diy job.

Great customer service
It’s been my experience that these days customer service is mediocre at best or non-existent at worst. So I was amazed to find a company that bucks this trend! My initial contact with Sterling was a call to buy some “O” rings for my tap which was leaking. To my amazement, I spoke to a real person (Becky) straight away - non of this AI chatbot rubbish or press number this or that. The “O” rings were provided at no charge and arrived the following day. In the meantime, my tap developed a further problem for which, unfortunately, no spares were available due to its age. Again Sterling came up trumps in supplying a replacement tap at a discount. At all times Becky was helpful and friendly and did her best to solve my problems. You can’t ask for more! I’d have no hesitation dealing with this company again so keep up the good work Sterling!

First class customer service
We've just has a new kitchen tap installed, but have a very specific medical need for a certain type of filter. Our plumber hadn't appreciated this, so I rang the customer service line and spoke to Rebecca, who was exceptionally helpful. She arranged an alternative filter to be sent to me, pre-installed with the correct adaptor so it would fit our new tap, and supplied it at trade price. I can't tell you how wonderful it was to be able to reach someone very easily, and then have that person listen and solve my issue very quickly. Rebecca made my day!

Amazing service
One email was replied to super fast by the amazing Amber. I sent a short video of the issue with our tap, an engineer took a look, advised what was needed, and the spare parts are on their way. A very pain-free experience, excellently and professionally managed, a welcome relief in today's usual 'throw away' world. All brassware going forward will be bought from this fantastic company. Thank you.

Old school
Old school! It was refreshing to see that there are some very professional delivery drivers around.This companies driver was exceptional. He phoned me to apologise he could not deliver my parcel that day but would contact me the following day and give me a time. He did this and without hesitation bought the heavy package into my flat. He then asked me to check over for any damage, opening the box checking it was in order before politely asking me to sign. Nothing was too much trouble, he said he loved his job even though he had done a huge amount of miles that day. Monty was old school a valuable asset to the company. Old school!
