Too bad I cannot give them negative stars. DO NOT BUY HERE !! I purchased 2 pairs of shoes, where one pair did not fit. I asked what the best way to exchange was and they asked me to send it back to them. Which I did and cost me an additional $80. Now customs has it and these people will not go pick them up. They have not given me my money back. This has gone on since the beginning of November 2024 and it is now January 30, 2025. They always have some excuse as to why they cannot get the shoes… it’s too far, etc. I did what was asked of me and NOTHING. DO NOT SPEND YOUR DOLLARS HERE! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!

I have communicated through WhatsApp to your company giving them all receipts. You were the one who told me to return the sneakers and that you would refund me the money and I had to pay $80 to ship them to you. I have given you the address of where they have them in your area for pick up. They arrived there beginning of January and it is now February and you have yet to refund me my money. I want my refund!!

Dear Juanita, We do not have a single order by the name "Juanita Tellez" in our system so I cannot locate the order you are referring to so I am going to assume its by the name of someone else. As regards for the returns and exchanges we sent you your sneakers, in order for us to exchange them or return customs needs to be cleared FROM YOUR SIDE as STATED IN THE RETURN AND REFUND POLICY. We do not have the necessary sender details or item details to clear customs for an order that we do not know where its coming from.
Awful Company.
Ridiculous. I’ve returned my good and despite a refund being “processed” I’ve not recieved any of my money back after over a month of waiting. Pretty sure this company is illegitimate and I will be seeking a claim for the money owed to me.

We have not robbed you of any money. We have clearly provided all information with regards to your refund with a traceable ID. This is your second payment with us and we called you and offered to assist you. We explained also even during closing hours that it may take a couple days for a refund to be received and we are still willing to assist you right now but sadly you just took it to Trustpilot before even contact us even though we have maintained contact with you and answered all you inquires for over 3 months. We would really appreciate it if you got in contact with us regarding your issue as we are still here to help.

This is a scam company
This is a scam company. I ordered a pair of trainers on the 6th of April. I received a confirmation email. Since then. Nothing. No contact. Doesn’t reply to emails. The chat on the website is never responded to. No order ever received.
