The Krylon marking wand 12 inch spotter…
The Krylon marking wand 12 inch spotter did not work. I sent an email to the company advising that there was a problem with the one I received, however, I failed to receive a response. The parking lot stencil has worked very well.

I am sorry that your wand did not work. We buy them from sherwin williams and this is fairly unusual.
We are happy to refund your money on this but please send a a picture of the item not working IT does not work with all spray cans and so we want to insure that you are using it properly,
We normally answer emails promptly but there is a winter storm on the East Coast and our office is closed today. We do work 5 days a week and have both phone and email response.
YOU will get an email from my customer service team on monday.

The item arrived very late
The item arrived very late. It took too many days to arrive. I traveled to the area of shipping to do a project using the stencil but couldn’t do it because the item didn’t arrive on time. It arrived the day after I flew back to where I live.

Hi Fabiola, I am very sorry that you did not recieve your package on time.
We received your order on Jan 2oth and shipped it the next day. Unfortunately we are shipping from Connecticut and travel times to Washington State are 5-6 days long especially in the winter time. Travel times are regularly 5 days and so with the weekend delivery went to the following monday.
I am sorry about the timing but we do not control our shippers and in this case UPS.
If we had known the time sensitive nature of yoru request which you can add to the notes area on the checkout or by calling us or emailing Service@stencilease. we would likely have recommended an expedited service. The three day service is very effective.
Again i am sorry that this happened and i hope that eventually you will be able to use the stencil effectively.

I was very impressed with the quality
I was very impressed with the quality. It is heavy plastic that can be used many times. Easy storage because it rolls up to be put back in the shipping box. We order a RESERVED stencil for our condo parking lot.
It is a great product you won't go wrong.

Good products. A couple of tips.
We used the shuffle board and pickleball stencils. Both worked well. Suggestions: Do not use rollers. Paint bleeds if too much paint on roller. We switched to spray striping paint and it worked well. Use a cardboard box with hole cut in bottom to spray paint. This reduces overspray. Because pickleball stencils, are very thick you need to use masking paper or drop cloths to catch overspray that comes out from under your spray box.
