Our trial period is 7 days, and subscription options are as follows: weekly for $3, monthly for $7, and annually for $40. We do not offer a 3-month subscription. When you sign up for the trial, you are offered an annual subscription, and the amount is charged only after the 7-day trial period ends and you have confirmed by pressing the "subscribe" button. Additionally, we do not provide a phone number for contact, only our email info@stellasleep.com.
There have been instances where users have confused us with another app called Stellar Sleep, which has one "R" at the end. We would appreciate it if you could check this detail. If your issue does indeed pertain to our app, we would like to understand how this happened. Please send us your app identifier to info@stellasleep.com. You can find it by opening the Stella Sleep app, going to "Account," then "Account Details," and clicking on the User ID.
If we determine that the error is on our side, we will provide you with an extended trial period free of charge. This will allow your child or children to enjoy our bedtime stories, social-emotional development stories, and even create their own stories with the help of our AI assistant, Mia. You can also record these stories for your children!
