Michelle was the most helpful
Michelle was the most helpful, professional person that I have had the privilege of working with in some time. She put our order in with the supplier and when it was listed as, on back order, she went out of her way to find a couple other options and sent them to me. She then reordered one of the new options, and then made sure we received this item by the following Tuesday, so we will be able to complete our work on time. She went above and beyond to satisfy our work needs. Thank You Michelle, you are the best.

Wrong Ones
Although the order was on time, these boxes wer mis-labeled. I was not even the right color weigh boats. I always order white weigh boats but instead I got black ones.

From chat help when I was trying to locate a product to my personal concierge, Ben Lowenstein, my experience with Stellar Scientific has been outstanding. The chat personnel help me figure out what product I needed and got me a quote.
