Stellar Gates Omdömen

Made measurement perfect

Quality of gate very good. However, bit disappointed with customer after service due to fact that they would not refund a 5% discount offer as a good will gesture.

Excellent customer service comms throughout purchase process - including when I was selecting the right gates for me.
Very quick delivery, and great product once it arrived!

Amazing looking gate, well built and good quality hardware.
One of the gates were damaged during transportation, the company picked up the gate repaired the damaged panel and redelivery at no extra cost.
Great company to deal with.

Having searched for the ideal garden side gate at a fair price, we came across Stella Gates, and what a great choice it proved to be. With a flexible range of sizes available, ordering was easy, and all the necessary accessories were also available, making this a one-stop shop. Communication was excellent with regular updates on production and delivery. The items arrived well packaged, and the quality of build is outstanding. We have today fitted the gate, and the available instructions ensured a smooth process and the perfect look. I would highly recommend Stellar Gates without hesitation.

Great communication, overall service and product. Very impressed.

Ordered hardwood gate on line and found the hints on measuring it correctly helpful. Was kept informed on progress of gate and delivered when said. Pleased with the build quality. Looks good now it is fitted.

Excellent quality gate, posts and hardware

Firstly, the website was easy to navigate and understand.
Secondly, the measurement advice was great especially as we were fitting gates between our house walls and our neighbours so we had little space tolerance.
Thirdly, we ordered side fence panels to close the gap and these had to be bespoke made and they fitted perfectly.
Fourthly, telephone queries were answered promptly, politely and were really helpful.
The packaging was superb and gates, panels, posts and ironmongery arrived in perfect condition.
Installation was straightforward but we needed the guide from the website (sorting out screw sizes and purpose etc) - perhaps the guide should be included in the delivery pack.
Overall, the quality of the products were outstanding and our neighbours are very impressed. In fact, one is going to order the same for himself. Our builders (installers) are also impressed and will recommend to other clients as will I.

I needed a large but classic-looking garden gate for a communal garden entrance to a 1930s small block of flats.
I’ve never fitted a gate before, so I double-checked my measurements. I even got the guys at Stellar Gates to re-check them; they tweaked the size by 5mm!
I ordered the Cheshire Design one.
When it arrived, I thought that I had messed up the measurements. It was much bigger than I thought it would be and much heavier.
But when I tested it for size, it fits absolutely perfectly, and the bigger size works as it’s in front of a big building.
The gate itself is very substantial, very well made, a work of art.
I live in a leafy north London suburb, and for weeks I’ve been looking at all the neighbourhood gates… I believe I’ve got the best gate in town.

Fantastic quality hardwood gate, arrived sooner than expected and was well wrapped to protect it.

Communication was good throughout and they were very quick at responding to questions.

Easy system for placing an order. Kept in touch regarding delivery

I was happy with the craftmanship of the gate and the gate looks a million dollars. Also the delivery went swimmingly. 10 out of 10.

The gates were delivered a little earlier than expected.
Very pleased with them, I would have given 5 stars except there is a small split in the swan neck bit on the top of one of the gates.

I like your web site very much, it was very easy to order, you kept me informed all the way through, the gates were delivered without any hassle although it was a part that was left out and had to be sent later, but it was no major problem

GATE LOOKS EXACTLY AS PICTURED AND DESCRIBED , GREAT CONTINUED CONTACT WITH HOW THE PROCESS AND DELIVERY TIME WAS GOING , IVE YET TO INSTALL BUT THE ‘HOW TO’ GUIDELINES ALSO LOOK VERY GOOD INDEED . GREAT SERVICE

Beautiful gate, made from beautiful wood , quality superb!
Very happy with my gate …..my neighbours are envious!,😀

Delivered to schedule and the website was very descriptive.
