Avoid this company
Unfortunately I can't give minus stars. This company was so awful that no words are adequate to describe them. Let me down 1st appointment and then constantly bombarded me with messages to reschedule. Offered a discount to take and appointment so I gave them another chance.' Technician' phoned me constantly the day of appointment and showed up 2 hours early. Tried to double the amount I was to pay. He then told me the stains on my sofa and chair were pee! He said my dogs must pee on the sofa. I was so angry! My dogs have never in their life peed on my sofa. He then asked to use the toilet, no idea what for as he didn't flush or wash his hands, I felt like he was casing the joint! Then he asked for a drink, that's fine, most workmen will ask for water but he wanted a soft drink and it was cola or pepsi he stipulated. Incidentally he didn't open it but took it with him. Then came the sofa. He 'cleaned' it and took his equipment back out. My sofa and chair were dripping wet, my floor was like a swimming pool and he had soaked my rug. As I was cleaning all the water up I realised that he had also soaked all my furniture and photographs. The kitchen was a total mess too, he had spilled the dirty water all over the floor when he was emptying the machine and had kicked over the dogs water bowl. It took me well over an hour just to clean up after him and tbh on further inspection he didn't even clean the chair and sofa particularly well. Avoid this company at all cost no matter how much of a discount they offer.
