Claire was fantastic, always available when we needed her, nothing was too much. Getting a mortgage is stressful but she took all the weight off our shoulders, a few properties fell through and there were set backs but she really kept us motivated to keep going. Katie has been exceptional from start to finish. She has been incredibly thorough and efficient and walked me through the entire process of securing a mortgage for my first home. I originally had to use Mark for an updated mortgage capacity report . He was very communicative and made me feel comfortable sharing such personal information with a complete stranger. The report was prompt and at a reasonable cost and delivered to forward to the courts in time.

A couple of months later I had to update the report again and to go through the information again. He knew what needed updating and once again the report was delivered very promptly.

I would recommend Mark very highly and will use him again in the future for any mortgage applications.
