I moved to the UK from India in February 2023 as a dependent. Since arriving, I had been actively searching for a Data Analyst role but faced many challenges along the way. Despite trying every possible route, I was struggling to secure a position until I joined Stay Nimble.

Words don’t do justice to explain my incredible experience with Stay Nimble. I highly recommend working with them. I worked with them twice. Having experienced great support, and a safe place for me to openly share what I was feeling and thinking the first-time round. It gave me confidence, to go back when I found myself in a career pickle again.

The second time felt a lot different to the first. I was more comfortable and fully trusted my career coach Jayne. Jayne offered me time, compassion and I always felt like she understood what I was feeling. I never felt pushed to do anything I wasn’t happy with, and any choice I made was always fully supported.

I have found Stay Nimble when I tried to unsuccessfully change my career track from Social Care into administration - at this point I have spend around a year of sending out applications and getting nowhere. Finally, I decided to google career advice and asked for a free assessment session with Stay Nimble - and I can't even explain how much it changed job searching experience for me.
Firstly, I couldn't afford to pay for regular sessions but fortunately, I was able to get free ones on the support grant for people who are searching to change careers. It also gave me access to all the exercises and materials that Stay Nimble provides on their website.
Then I was assigned to Jennifer as my coach, and I can't begin to explain how much she helped me. Together, we looked at why and what I wanted to change when it comes to my career, and how I can achieve it. We've worked on my CV, and on the confidence in the skills that I haven't even realised I possessed - and that companies are looking for in the hiring process, and we found avenues that I wasn't considering during my earlier search. She was always available to me through messages outside of our booked sessions and everything was planned around me and my needs, nothing was pushed at me; I would get ideas and "use" Jennifer as a sounding board - and she would help me find the tools I needed to make those come through.
I have started work as a Legal Support Assistant at the beginning of this year - and I wasn't abandoned after, I still have time left to use in the future. I can say for sure that Stay Nimble had changed the way I look at the hiring process and the need for upskilling.

My coaching experience with Caroline on Stay Nimble over the past few months has been so fantastic, enjoyable and incredibly valuable. My sessions with Caroline were always so helpful, she was always so positive and made me feel at lease, helping me clarify my job search objectives and identify and overcome obstacles, especially when I was struggling and in a bit of a rut, finding ways to help me get to bottom of issues and come up with a plan and strategies for success.

These sessions, coupled with the amazing wide array of resources available on the Stay Nimble platform really supported me and helped me move forwards in a way that I hadn't managed to do previously in my career crossroads. I loved how there were so many different types of resources but in very easy to use manageable formats and the amount wasn't overwhelming! Through this I have increased my self-discovery and self-awareness with a deeper understanding of my strengths and areas for improvement.

I liked that it held me accountable for taking action towards my goals which was something I definitely needed to help me take more action! Caroline provided constructive feedback and celebrated my achievements along the way, fostering motivation and a sense of progress too! She also really helped me practically with different job applications and interview practise.

Right from the start Georgie put me at ease which enabled me to relax and concentrate on nothing but the coaching. I knew that she was truly listening to me throughout our session.
