Clean and considerate hosts.

The place was amazing and everything went according to schedule and deal. House is really nice and the room was clean and beautiful. Bathroom is also very clean and you get toiletries and towels so you don’t need to worry about that. Highly recommend staying at this place. Also it’s really close to the center of Manchester and there is a bus station close by. Definitely going to book it again when I come back to Manchester.

The hosts were really accommodating and quick with responses. Apartment was clean and had amazing views. Very good location

Very bad and noisy guys , don’t feel comfortable at all

Had a very unpleasant experience with staycasa, and more specifically the ‘director’, Gin. Firstly, the good. The property was cleaned to a high standard and the property itself was well furnished and stylish. I do think the property could do with a couple more fans (one was there), as the property was very warm. It was quite a hot day and night, for context. Additionally, the house was very noisy, but to be fair it is situated on a main road and that is outside the control of the company. The bad: again for context, we gave a rough courtesy estimate that we’d be arriving at the property around 10pm that day, but it was self check in and we had paid to have use of the property from 3pm, which is clearly stated on Airbnb in black and white. We had an opportunity at around 5pm to drop our luggage at the property and change so that our belongings weren’t left in the car, unsafe, all day. Unfortunately, when we arrived we were greeted by cleaners who didn’t speak much English and we were told we could not enter the property. Ofcourse, we’d by now paid for taxis too, and from the venue with our luggage which we could not drop off. This is where the real problems began. I immediately called the company to explain the situation and discuss resolution with their ‘director’. Now I will say, I deal with directors and executives on a daily basis and it was quite evident that this person was not a professional. His manner was childish, condescending, and aggressive throughout, using terminology such as ‘I’ll make you understand’. My point was simple, I was asking for a partial refund of any sort and however small to account for the fact we’ve had to pay for several taxis too and from the property and did not have access to the property from the times stated in our agreement, that we’d paid for. His solution whilst literally shouting down the phone to me was to cancel the booking all together and leave us stranded 300 miles from home in a large city with luggage at 6 in the evening. Thankfully, I was able to calm him down and de-escalate for fear we would have nowhere to stay if I hadn’t. Left me very shaken and I was completely taken aback by the experience with a so called director.

UPDATE: Responding to the comment left by the director; absolute lies. Everything stated above was completely factual and the attempt to gaslight and virtue signal is laughable. Even if I entertain this attempt for one second, he still hasn’t thought it through; so what the option as he saw it was to leave our valuable luggage unattended in a house with random people?! Honestly.. no words. I reiterate, we PAID to have exclusive use of the property from 3pm. We literally did not get what we paid for. Do not use this company.

Amazing service - property had a few minor things that needed dealing with and Staycasa were on hand to help instantly. The WhatsApp facility made the stay so good!

Fantastic customer service

Very good communications in advance of and during our stay. The check-in process was smooth, instructions on reaching the apartment were accurate. The apartment was spotless on arrival and equipped with everything we needed, including staple items such as washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, tea bags, coffee and even some nice chocolate treats which were much appreciated. We had a great stay in Manchester and would not hesitate to recommend

We came for a retreat. We had an amazing time, the house was amazing and each one were surprised about the Space and facilities available. The property is closed to shops. All together, it was a great and amazing experience

The apartment I stayed at in Manchester was very comfy and had everything we need!

Clean & tidy apartment with a very comfortable bed, both fridge & stove worked properly. It’s ideally located close to restaurants (the Blue Panda is excellent) & bars, the Arndale Centre, Manchester Cathedral, Manchester Arena & the Football Museum etc. There are several parking lots nearby as are the Co-Op & Tesco, and a park at the bottom of the street.
Gin was very responsive to any inquiries we made. We’d stay there again if we’re in the Manchester area.

The host is absolutely amazing, he was so kind and wellcoming. We had a good service. The airbnb looked stunning. Pictures don’t do it justice. Best Airbnb experience.

It’s was absolutely amazing and comfortable to stay in that house. Gin was soo helpful even in the middle of the night. The house was clean, 5 star like rooms and well maintained. My family loved and enjoyed their stay will look forward to airbnb again in the future.

Perfect Location along with a clean and great place to stay. Views were amazing and Gin was great and always available if any issues came up or we had any questions. I have already recommended it to friends and people I know that will be heading to the Manchester area. A++
