[UPDATED] Extremely disappointing experience – they charged me triple the correct amount.

I was contacted by the CEO himself who apologized for the mistake and provided the refund as promised by his team.

For this reason I want to change my review, I am happy that in the face of the mistake they showed professionalism in the end and fixed it.

I turned to StartGlobal for tax filing, trusting their professionalism. After I communicated my income, they told me the fee would be $1,500, claiming that my income was above a certain threshold. However, after thoroughly reviewing all of my income, I was certain that it was below $90,000, and that the applicable fee should have been $500, as clearly stated in one of their earlier emails.

In that communication, they explicitly mentioned that for income under $90,000, the fee would be $500. Despite this, I proceeded with the $1,500 payment because they assured me that if their calculations were incorrect, they would refund the difference.

When I requested the refund, their reply was completely contradictory: they claimed that because my income was between $50,000 and $100,000, the $1,500 fee still applied. However, this range was never mentioned before — only the $90,000 threshold was clearly defined in their previous communication.

I have proof in writing from their emails confirming what I’m saying. They changed the income brackets afterwards to avoid issuing the refund, which is both unprofessional and dishonest.

I feel completely misled. Once they received the payment, they changed the terms to suit their needs.
I do not recommend StartGlobal at all.

My experience with StartGlobal has been genuinely excellent. What stands out most is the user-friendliness of their online platform. It's intuitive and makes navigating the complexities of US business development significantly easier.
Furthermore, their client support is incredibly effective. They're responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful in addressing any questions or concerns.

Great helpers

Wholeheartedly recommended, if you've got patience that is .

Not really great on communication, what they lack with their customers service however is counter balanced by their efficiency into avoiding you the unnecessary head haches , specially if you aren't very familiar with how to open an LLC in the USA.
