Setting up a US company is easy, I tried doing that on my own with cheap providers. But little did I know that this is the beginning of a nightmare. I faced problems creating Facebook Business Manager and I had problem with Stripe.

Realizing that this is a mistake, I reached out to StartFleet. They were able to help me to get us Facebook Business Manager verified and gave us advice on how to setup Stripe correctly. If I hadn't set it up correctly, I couldn't even bear to think about the tax consequences and potential shutdown from Stripe.

I really hope someone out there reading this comment could understand, doing everything DIY is a ticking time-bomb. Why would you want to risk your business by just saving a buck or two? Please let the professionals handle the job. Forming a US company looks easy, but the truth is far from it. Ignore my advice at your own risk!
