Serious Complaint Regarding Extremely Unprofessional and Disrespectful Service Behavior
Today, I visited IDB Bhaban and purchased a PC from Startech. Unfortunately, my experience during the PC assembly and Windows 11 installation was extremely disappointing and unacceptable due to the behavior of the service personnel.
The individuals responsible for building the PC demonstrated highly unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful behavior. They lacked even the most basic level of customer etiquette. Their tone, attitude, and manner of communication were inappropriate and made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected as a customer. This kind of conduct is completely unacceptable in any professional service environment.
As a paying customer, I expect basic courtesy, respectful communication, and professional service. Instead, I was treated in a manner that reflects poorly on Startech’s service standards and damages the company’s reputation. Such behavior raises serious concerns about the training, supervision, and accountability of the service staff.
I strongly urge the management to investigate this incident immediately, take appropriate disciplinary action, and ensure that all service personnel receive proper customer service and behavioral training. Immediate corrective measures are necessary to prevent similar incidents in the future.
I am submitting this complaint with the expectation of a formal response and visible action. Customer trust and satisfaction should never be compromised due to staff misconduct.
