Withdraw declined

I deposited €100 and, after completing the wagering requirements, I won €2,150. However, the casino confiscated my winnings because I transferred €100 from my S-Bank account to my boyfriend, who then sent it to my OP (Osuuspankki) account, since transfers from S-Bank to OP are not instant.
I have proof of these transfers. The casino now believes that I played with my boyfriend’s money, even though I only used his account as an intermediary so I could immediately move the money from S-Bank to my OP account. I have receipts and timestamps for all of these transactions.
In other words, I played exclusively with my own money.

a site with obvious rigging, it is simply impossible that there would not be a single game for 500 euros given that the rate is only 1 euro , the site deliberately makes you lose

DONT PLAY AT THIS SITE!!

I WOULDNT EVEN HAVE GAVE THIS SITE ONE STAR, but you have to pick atleast one star to post a review. I have read many and many of different reviews about this site on Reddit, Facebook, and the few on Trustpilot, and against my gut feeling I went ahead and tried the site out. Should have listened to my gut and the reviews. I created this account on December 14th, 2024 at 12:12 pm. Within a hour of playing I had won $108.00 the requirement amount to redeem is 100.00 Starcoins. I had won this with the signup starcoins credited to my acount after signing up. At this time it was now 1:25 pm. Before redeeming, I had to do a quick verification process on a weird verification processor, to verify my identity and also to have a verified account. After the verification Process was completed, I was then able to request redemption. Two options for redeeming are offered. Bank Transfer and Crypto. I had chosen Crypto and pasted in my bitcoin wallet address and then hit redeem. Then exited out of the site. About a 45 mins to hour later, I recieved an email, stating as followed,

Dear Penny,
We wanted to send some good news about your redemption: it has now been approved, congratulations!
It may take between 1-5 working days to be visible on your account, according to your selected payment method and bank.
Feel free to reach out to our support team at for any question.

I then proceeded to login back into the site and navigate to the live chat option. I told the agent on the chat, that I had just requested a redemption via Crypto to my bitcoin wallet about a hour ago, and then a few moments ago I just recieved the following email stated above. The live chat agent proceeded to tell me that the redemptions are instant, but could take anywhere from 1 to 5 days, all depending on your payment method choosen, and your payment method processors terms and regulations on when you recieve it. I let him know what I chose, the crypto option.. (2nd time in the chat conversation I mentioned this) and with that method, then it shouldn't be 1 to 5 days right, should just be whenever it clears the Block Explorer. Correct. He agreed with me, but then again stated but generally speaking it could take up to 1 to 5 days in some circumstances. I then told him that would be all I needed then. He congratulated me on my win, and ended the chat. The day went on and turn into night, no sign of my redemption in my bitcoin wallet. I figured, I'll just wait to see maybe if it gets deposited threw out the night sometime. Next morning came, and still nothing. So I went back on the site, and opted the live chat option again, and began to tell them what my situation was and that I redeemed out via Cryptocurrency yesterday, and then got the email stating my Redemption was approved and sent to my payment method choosen,.. yahdee,yahdee, yaha. Then agent told me to give them a moment to look into this, and left the chat for over 5 to 10 mins, to return to the chat to tell me that my Redemption has not yet been approved and that while there isn't any specific time frame at this time to be told, that verification processing and account review could take anywhere from 1 day to 30 days, and then additional up to 1 to 5 days to make it to your preferred payment method depending on my payment processor. I ask then agent why then did I get a personalized email starting with Dear Penny, your redemption has been approved and sent to your payment method choosen yesterday, about a hour after requesting the redemption. The agent told me that this was a automated email more then likely, but that at this time this isn't any specific time frame details to my redemption. I then asked the agent why the live chat agent that I spoke to the after I recieved the approval email, told me that redemptions were instant, and congratulated me on my win, letting me know in some circumstances it could take 1 to 5 days for the payment to reflect in my payment method choosen. At that moment the agent disconnected our chat without getting another unhonest, scamming answer. Needless to say it's going on 4 days and still no payment has appeared via Crypto in my wallet. I don't ever plan for it to be either. I have read many reviews about this site all complaining about the same issue, NEVER BEING PAID. I haven't found any reviews of anyone stating they were paid by this site. So beware and stay far away from this site, if you ever want to recieve any of your winnings.

Beware

Made a deposit over a week a b day still has not been credited to my account.Contacted support everyday and they keep telling the have not heard anything back.i I do not recommend playing at this casino.Even if you deposit you may not get to play and you definitely won't get your money back. Customer service is useless and don't know anything. They have no help. I will update if they ever put my deposit on my account .

Not paid out after 20 days!

Getting worried that I will never receive my redemption of $544.06!

I placed my Litecoin redemption on Oct 29th, and it was approved quickly. I was told, 'It may take between 1-5 working days to be visible on your account...'

After 5 business days, I sent an email following up, as I still had not received my redemption. I was given a generic response: '...we are in touch with our payment provider and are actively working to resolve the matter.'

It has now been 8 business days since my initial redemption request, and I have received zero useful information. At this point, I’d appreciate a specific update on my redemption status or an estimated resolution timeline. I am not alone in experiencing these delays; I know of at least three others in a similar position. As it currently stands, I am not confident I will receive this redemption.

Update: it has been 20 days now and no payout. I followed up via email and got another useless message. Very disappointed
