Nowt more than a cheap monocular, we want a refund, where do we go to get one

Vorgegaukelt wird ultimative Weitsicht bis 80 Km und mehr. Alles Schwachsinn und Lüge! Aufgedruckt ist 12fach Vergrößerung, aber auch das kann nicht stimmen. Ich habe ein altes russische Fernglas mit 10x50 (von 20 Jahren auf einer Messe gekauft für 49 Euro), das eine wesentlich bessere Vergrößerung hat und weitaus klarer darstellt! Dieses Starscope ist keine 10 Euro wert!!!! Finger weg...

I ordered a Starscope in the expectation that it would do what it says in the adverts - zoom x 10. There was no way it could zoom so I insisted on a refund and got it ! As others say it is a rip-off. Why are they allowed to advertise still ?

After almost a month of waiting the much-lauded £46 Starscope arrived.

Well, the Starscope ,which was made in China and delivered from Germany, had a Customs declaration stating the value of the item was, wait for it, $19,99 US dollars!
So there you have it ... a total rip off backed up by a pack of lies. I will admit that the monocular may well be worth around £19 but that is about all that can be said for it.
Why some alert legal firm has not started a class action against Starscope beats me.
The big lesson for me is to read Trustpilot reviews BRFORE buying anything on the net.

Selten wurde so die Unwahrheit gesagt, wie in der zahlreichen Werbung. Ich kann nur warnen. Ich war und bin total entsetzt über das, was dieses Gerät leistet.

This is nothing like what is advertised. When I finally got it 2 months later I was thinking it reminded me of ordering from wish. I get it and there it is... made in China. It is little if any better than one I bought from wish 2 years ago. What a waste. They got me. Don't by it..

This is a scam.
Such companies prey on the inexperience of those who don’t know any better. To anybody who actually understands cameras, lenses and a bit of physics, such “lenses” could never do 99% of the things they claim they can in the real world.

Not much different from anyone elses experience EXCEPT when the item failed to arrive I asked for a refund and actually got my money back!

I placed my order back in January based on some slick marketing and they took my money but have never shipped my scope!!! They keep fobbing me off in emails, so I asked for a refund, to which I am still awaiting a reply. I would never deal with them again nor should you.

Spent £47 including shipping from USA and then £12 sending it back to the Netherlands because I wasn't happy with it ,it was no way as strong as promised ,not worth the money .
I was on YouTube and got a add thrown at me ,then the scam begins ,if you're going to buy one get it off Amazon not like I did ..
Heard nothing from Starscope about my money back, Its been over 6 weeks now .

I got caught by the slick marketing video - the product is nothing like the claims! Quality is very poor on all counts. It is so bad they haven't even 'branded' the product so you will forget quickly where it came from.
The phone attachment was £29 and I could have bought better quality on Ebay for £5.
It really does not live up to the hype. You have to wait weeks for the product and if you want to return it, for any reason, you have to pay!!!!!
