Great at-home tech services, quality network connection and speed!
Starry’s internet service was simple to set up. With the help of a technician, the process is efficient and done with care. My technician, Christian C., was on time, friendly, had a good attitude, and had great insight for setting up the modem and router to provide the best service for my residence. He knew to look for a media panel in the apartment that can house the modem and provide signal to any Ethernet port of choice for the router. He practiced due diligence with other location options as well.
Speed tests showed a high quality wireless network in all areas of the apartment.
Seems like a great service for the price point!

Everything has been great so far. Scheduling the installation was easy. Luis, the technician who did the installation was great. He was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. Installation went very smooth and the service is great so far.
