Star Ruby is incredibly professional. I've bought multiple natural pigeon's blood rubies, each above 2 carats in size, from their store online. The descriptions about clarity, brilliance, and cut were all accurate, and the photos and videos they provided let me see the entirety of the stone before my purchase. They provided me with excellent shipping that was secure and fast, and took into account my personal circumstances. Their customer service helped me throughout the entire process and followed up with me after delivery. The rubies looked even better in person, and came with GRS reports (and GIA in other cases).

I have been looking for a fair-priced tsavorite of 4+ carats for a while. StarRuby came through with exactly what I was looking for at a very fair price, quickly shipped from overseas, complete with a cert from the very reputable GRS (GemResearch Swisslab). A very experienced GIA graduate gemologist looked at the stone and verified the stone is exactly as listed. Great seller, very good communication.

My first online purchase for gemstones and I cannot recommend Star Ruby enough! Because I was low on cash and had to buy these stones for astrological purposes, Harshil suggested that i do a direct bank payment and save further on paypal fee. I was very worried that the $10000 aud im spending i might loose if this was a scam. But low and behold. I got an excellent deal from star ruby. Very smooth transaction and the gemstones arrived in a solid aluminium box fully insured, with the certificates and on time.
Go ahead and make a purchase from this seller, the best deals in the market and an excellent customer interaction ethic. Thank you Harshil and team at star ruby. Ill be back and will be recommending your business to anyone who wants to buy gemstones online here in Australia.
