THESE WARDROBES LOOK AMAZING,ABS SOLID,WOULDNT GO ANYWERE ELSE,FROM LIAM DESIGNING IT TO THE FITTERS DIDNT TAKE LONG,THANK YOU STARPLAN.

We visited the Newtownabbey store in Northern Ireland and Natalya welcomed us. She went through every detail and was so attentive to everything our daughters were asking for. She kept us informed at every step and checked in with us frequently to confirm the plans. Very happy with the experience and our daughters are delighted with their new bedrooms. Thank you, Natalya

A fantastic experience from start to finish from Starplan in Bangor. Particular credit is due to Crosbie Cox for excellent advice and expert design during the planning stages. He kept us informed at every stage of the process and did everything as promised. He was also brilliant with our daughter as we made our choices. The two fitters, Sean and Rodney, came on time, did a fantastic job and left the rooms clean and today.

This was such an easy, stress free process.
I totally love my new kitchen.
Stephen, Chris and the rest of the staff were informative, polite and always happy to help and answer any questions.
There was no pushy sales or add-ons.

We visited a few different companies trying to get a wardrobe solution for a tricky space. Star plan was the only place that was able to accommodate all of our requests and nothing was too much for Natalya. We are really pleased with our finished bedroom and are already thinking about our next project with star plan. Thanks natayla for the design and for all the staff in the background.

Apologies for the late review as we have been busy moving into a new home. All the furniture and fitted wardrobes we needed for our bedrooms are perfect. Thanks to Laurence who gave us his knowledge, patience and time. Nothing was too much and he got everything perfect for us. Thank you Laurence for that. Also the finish quality of the products is to a very high standard and aftercare is superb

We ordered our bedroom furniture on our second visit to the store with Heather. She was extremely helpful & very patient answering all our questions & provided great ideas. We can’t wait for our new furniture to arrive!

We have just purchased our new bedroom furniture from starplan in Newtownabbey. We had the pleasure of dealing with Natalya, who was absolutely amazing! She was so professional, patient and listened to exactly what we wanted, I can honestly say she is an absolute credit to your company and we wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you so much Natalya!

Starplan do not honour the guarantee given at the time of purchase. They change the terms and avoid replacing faulty parts. Even when you have the original documents stating the guarantee they insist that the part you need is not included. There is no exceptions in the customer handbook provided at the time of sale but they refuse to replace the faulty parts without charging the customer. That is not a guarantee that is a con!

I first went to a well known national company for a fitted bedroom who said they couldn’t help me with what I wanted (fitted bedroom with storage). I found Starplan in Warrington and from day one Linda was absolutely amazing! She had me send photos said they could certainly help. Linda designed the bedroom plans and I visited the showroom and looked around the different ranges on offer. I was happy with the design and price and within 4 weeks my bedroom was completed. Absolutely amazing service from start to finish and seamless and stress free. Communication was great. I love my new bedroom ☺️

I contacted Starplan about refurbing my bedroom with new cupboards and drawers . Scott came out and measured up, invited me in to the showroom to see what type of cabinetry I liked, decided on a plan and within one month it was fitted and all. A brilliant job all round , and I am so delighted with the result . Absolutely !

I was in Starplan to buy a new bed and bedside table a lady called Lauerne came over and asked if I wanted help. Lauerne was very personable and had amazing knowledge about the items that I picked. I really like the fact that she listened to me and didn't try to sell me "extra's" like some sales people to get you to spend more money. I would highly recommend Lauerne if your in Starplan in Newtownabbey her customer service skills are amazing and she made the whole process easy. I left extremely happy with what I bought. Just received my beautiful bedroom furniture/bed from Starplan. Excellent quality furniture, guys fitted really quickly, no mess, many thanks especially to Laverne for all her help with choosing the colour

I’ve used Star Plan for wardrobes for many years and was previously very satisfied with their products. However, the quality has significantly declined.

The MDF now used is very poor quality, especially considering the high prices being charged. The wardrobes are expensive, yet the materials feel very cheap. The MDF chips easily and bends almost immediately after installation, which is unacceptable for fitted furniture at this price point.

Seven years ago, the materials were far superior. As a loyal customer, this has been extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, due to the drop in quality, I will not be using Star Plan again for any future projects.

The reason for 2 stars is because of the fitters (which weren’t bad) otherwise 1 star (very cheap £1.00 materials but paying thousands in exchange)

Fantastic service, from we entered the store and greeted by staff, Antalya was very friendly and professional. Very straight forward order, we will use Starplan again as we found our experience very stress free and great discounts.

We have been Starplan twice and just wanted to say Brian at the fort was brilliant sorting out new fitted wardrobes and the price was fantastic compared to wren just to say thank you for your customer service

I called into Starplan Bangor on three occasions before reaching a final decision on the features of bedroom slide robes. On each occasion Heather was extremely helpful and patiently walked me round the store to examine the inner and outside options of the proposed robes and then displayed those multiple options on her computer screen. I was pleased that if I phoned the store that I could speak to her. At no point did I feel that Heather was pressuring me to purchase. The fitters were also excellent.
