SCAM - FRAUD AND THEFT
It appears that some of the bad reviews magically dissappear. There was a guy that stated he opened a fraud case. Please make contact. Maybe we can mdge cases to make the case bigger. This was a perfectly thought through scam with the intention of committing fraud and theft. A lot of us lose ku money just before level 3. It appears once you invest that R1800 you lose everything from there. To get the R1800 and accrued monies from watching videos remain in a "kitty* I had to pay R11 100 to get the R1 800 then they wanted another R35 000 to get the R11 000.

Starngage is a scam
Starngage is a scam! They withold commissions until you do investment then they want more to guve you back your money. I paid them R1800 investment/merchant payment and they will not give my commissions or my R1800 unless I pay another R5800. I have opened a fraud case with my bank. DO NOT FALL FOR THEM!

Scam... Don't invest a cent in this company..They conned me for R83k and blocked me and they don't even pay for you tube tasks .. and their merchant tasks are big cons... @Aisha147258 and @luisa8922 and they blocked me

I've been interested in their services. However, the information on their site is opaque. I keep trying to get someone to respond to my questions, or to get a demo, or to get some clarification, and I have hit a wall.

Not recommended…
Support does not exist or take very long time to reply. Can’t cancel subscription manually from the website, so be careful of automatic billing as they don’t offer refunds, and only way is to initiate chargeback with your card issuer to get the payment back.
Website Starngage provide pretty much inaccurate and wrong data about influencers industry (Niche), demographic and address same as most other influencer research tools. Maybe someone can find it helpful but I personally woudn’t recommend it.

We paid for the service - signup influencers to experience our products. Influencers applied and never replied. Campaign time is up, and they never refund us. Is this a scam company?

Inaffidabile e appena abbozzato.
Inaffidabile. La piattaforma mette a disposizione strumenti per mettere in contatto aziende ed influencer, però non tutela nè uno nè l'altro durante la collaborazione.
Un influencer per esempio si è dimostrato interessato sia a una nostra campagna sampling sia a una con remunerazione. Dopo qualche giorno ha deciso di non continuare la collaborazione tuttavia il sito non offre alcuna funzione per interrompere le collaborazioni, quindi rimane tutto in sospeso. Ancora più grave è quando l'influencer riceve il sample e scompare nel nulla. StarNGage in questo caso non offre alcuna possibilità di interrompere la collaborazione e/o di recuperare il danno subito.
Affidatevi ad altri strumenti o molto semplicemente contattate le persone direttamente via DM o Mail.

They are listing a campaign on their website as starter plan is only 1 $. They are renewing your subscription without confirmantion and charging 49$.

I agree with other reviewer..
Starngage keeps emailing us out of the blue for months now trying to get our company to buy their Instagram marketing. We feel this way- if any sales people are pestering that means they are desperate and 99% of the time aren’t any good. If we are looking for any services of any kind we research and find a company on our own.
