Starlocks Omdömen

Very professional service. Took care of the problem very swiftly, and for a nice affordable price too. Will be using their service again if I need a locksmith while in the area. Full recommendations.

Good professionals. Fast responders. A great choice if you get stuck in the middle of the road because your ignition switch refuses to do its job and just gives up. (For any daredevils out there: do not try to fix it yourself. When you're in the middle of the road at least. You WILL regret it).
The mobile locksmith service was godsend. They came straight to me and idk, obviously worked some magic because I had managed to mess my ignition switch so badly (as I gathered from their muttering) that it required some pretty non-standard approach (according to their site they provide tailored solutions which, obviously, came in handy even if didn't know I needed it).
Overall, very nice experience (or as nice as unanticipated ignition switch repair can be. Will call them again.

Had a pleasant experience with their car locksmith. Needed some help with transponder keys recently, and found these guys by chance. Their rates sounded pretty great over the phone so I decided to give them a chance. We had a pre-scheduled appointment, so I can't say anything about their emergency services, but my locksmith was exactly on time. Worked fast and clean. Checked several times to make sure the problem was fixed. The keys have been operating without a hitch since. If it sticks, I'll be using their services again.

Locksmith technician did good job and I did feel comfortable and secure let him change locks on my house security. I found him very nice and polite. Thanks for being so thoughtful.

Nice guys, Came super quickly. Knew full well what they were there to do and worked really well - swiftly! But without any obvious attempts to just be done with and get rid of me (trust me - I've got the experience).
The locksmith been doing fine these last few days - works smoothly, doesn't get jammed, there're no noises, even key turning sounds quieter! Will work with them again.

Had to use a locksmith service several times in the last few weeks, since I changed apartments. After a couple of misfires, finally found these guys! Full recommendation! They're very comfortable to work with. They communicate clearly, have a flexible schedule, and can easily adjust to specific situations. They also have affordable rates and provide a free estimate so you always know what to expect.

Great locksmiths! Came really quick and worked clean. Changed my lock faster than I anticipated, and made sure to check several times that it was functional. The lock's been great so far. I recommend their services with a clear conscience.

An emergency service THAT ACTUALLY UNDERSTANDS WHAT AN EMERGENCY MEANS. If you need a helping hand from a locksmith in he middle of the night - then these are the guys for you.
I wouldn't wish getting locked out of the car at 5 am, after a tiring shift on my worse enemy, so I'm sincerely recommending these guys to everyone, even people I don't like.
Came super fast, had me back inside in a blink, made sure the door wouldn't jam again by checking the keys few times. As a thank you for not allowing me to freeze in the office parking lot, they get 5 stars!

You only understand how important having emergency access to locksmith services is when you find yourself locked out of your house in the middle of the night because you somehow managed to jam the lock. Needed help ASAP, so I literally chose the first suggestion close by. And I'm super happy it was these guys!
The operator was really calm and helpful (even though I certainly didn't make it easy on them) The locksmiths came really fast (faster than estimated) and got me inside without any complicates. And I used their services after to have the lock re-installed a few days later, to keep a calm mind. Super nice service.

Locksmith technician was very polite, very nice and most important - acted like a professional. I feel like the price was ok even though I found cheaper locksmiths before, but for sure it was worth it and I guess the price reflects the business and I am satisfied with the service I got

Charged me a reasonable price for unlocking my car and was very nice and patience to me even though I was super stressed and annoying he still was very respectful and professional with me

Thank you for taking the call and sending a technician so fast. You really understand your clients' situations and how to turn them over. I did not have any idea companies like yours even exist. Thanks again!

I had a very positive experience with this company's technician after being locked out of my apartment - He arrived in a timely manner and did a great job.

Happy to write this review, You were very good and did a wonderful job with my shop's door lock. Thanks to you I was able to go home after work and not to stay there and to watch it overnight haha

Incredible customer service! Everything was great from A to Z.

I admire your work ethic and the customer service you provide with your locksmith service. I usually don't like calling a locksmith but you were very nice and professional

Been looking for a decent locksmith in Baltimore for quite time. I had two bad experiences with local locksmiths in the last several months so I was a little bit skeptical about this business -But I must say this time it was quite different. It was transparent and left no room for questions about the professionalism. Definitely will call again in the future!

I am very satisfied with this locksmith. It was fast, professional and quite cheap for the required job
