I didn't like how when I made the appointment they told me that they accepted medicaid and that all I needed was $60 for a pair of glasses and I ended up paying $95 and that was the bare minimum. The lady that helped me kept trying to talk me into getting the more expensive lenses even though I told her I was on a budget. I mean, I can't pay what I don't have. It felt really embarrassing for me to go through that they way they went about the whole thing. On the other hand they were kind and the manager did help me get the price as low as possible.

Nice People
I picked up my glasses on 6/20. I told the lady helping me (she was very polite) that I couldn't really see using either pair. She said she understood and maybe my eyes were already tired (it was 930am). I realize she was just doing her job but felt like maybe someone else could have helped figure out why I couldn't see? People were all really nice but I never felt like I was talking to anyone beyond a sales person. I'm going to check back with them in a few days and see if the situation improves with my vision.
