The staff was friendly and…
The staff was friendly and professional. They tested my eyes twice but I’m not sure why. I picked up the glasses and wore them for a couple of days but I wasn’t happy with the vision clarity. Also didn’t like one of the frames. I went back and she was great! She offered my another frame. I told her that I wasn’t really happy with the placement of the reading part of bifocal and she assured me me that I would get used to them after a few weeks. The result is that I rarely wear them. The distance portion is ok, but the reading portion is not strong enough.

When notified that my wife and my…
When notified that my wife and my lenses were ready, we set an appointment to have them installed. They took our frames and told us they would be back then left us standing at the front desk. We had to ask if we could sit down, I mean we are only 76 yr old young. When the brought our glasses out they asked us to try them on and look around to see if they felt good and if we could see better. No checking to see if they fit or giving us a chart or anything to check the reading part of the lenses. I had to get up and get an advertisement from one of the tables to check the reading part. You can be sure we will not go back there for our eye needs in the furture.
