Was not notified my glasses were ready went to pick them up and I can’t even see correctly out of them. Very disappointing I need my eyes for my work and still have to get another eye exam and wait another two weeks

Ordered 2 pairs of glasses
Ordered 2 pairs of glasses. One pair came in with the frame bent so badly I had to tilt my head. Also, the prescription was wrong. The second pair did not come in at the promised time. I was told it would take another 2 weeks. I asked for a full refund. Called my insurance company and told them not to pay the claim. Never again

My sons were seen on 4/6 and we were told that my boys would have at least one pair of glasses the following day which they did. My oldest got both of his the following day but my youngest only got one pair. We were told that it would be 7-10 days and they would call when the second pair was ready. After three weeks I called customer service and then was transferred to the store. The store Cameron manager told me that her staff says the glasses were picked up. I explained that was incorrect as we are still missing one pair of glasses. She kept asking if my son had a different last name or two last names. No he doesn’t . She stated she’d follow up with her staff and give me a call when the glasses were ready. Never received a call so approximately a week later I called again and the customer service representative wasn’t able to get a hold of anyone at the Selma location and left a message. Still no return call. On 5/5 I still hadn’t received a return call so I personally stopped into the store and was able to get the glasses. Cameron states she left me a voicemail and notated it in my chart. I have no voicemails or missed calls from any Stanton Optical. Unfortunately we will never do business with this company again as the after exam quality of service was terrible.

We really enjoyed most of our experience with Stanton Optical. On the day of my appointment, the man opening the store for the day was very rude to my husband. He snuck in a few remarks that were making my husband feel very uncomfortable. And quite frankly, putting me in an awkward position as I needed my glasses, but didn't want my husband to be uncomfortable. We almost left but stuck it out for the awesome deal and luckily, we had Heaven after my husband finally spoke up. Heaven was an angel quite literally. Thank you all for having some sort of relief there when y'all did. Could have been a bad day for the guy, or he has really dry humor, but we felt awkward to say the least. Hope we just took it wrong, and he wasn't purposely trying to make my husband feel awkward. Thanks, though. Other than that, I love my glasses and am super impressed with how perfect my prescription is for me, and I still would highly recommend going here.

Friendly, Helpful, and Efficient
Everyone at the store was extremely friendly, helpful, and efficient. There was even a decent selection of glasses included in the "one price" which is equal to an exam alone elsewhere. The only problem I had is with the company's advertisement of same-day glasses. Both mine and my son's lenses required being "sent out" to another lab. The in-store staff informed us of the situation and that it could take up to two weeks which it did. I probably would have gone to them anyway and two weeks is not an unusual turnaround time. However, I do feel the advertisement is misleading and I had selected them primarily for that reason as my son's glasses had broken and he had a driving test the next day.

The initial prescription was wrong and this time the measurements were wrong
The initial prescription was wrong. It did not adjust for astigmatism even though I told the technician my previous prescriptions have always corrected for astigmatism. That correction was corroborated on a copy of the Rx from April 2024 I provided them.
I had to return to Stanton and take a reevaluation which produced a much different Rx. I now have to wait another week to 10 days to get my new glasses.
The in-person staff were very nice and positive.
Sooo, I had to reorder my glasses AGAIN because apparently this time the measurements were not right so when I put on the glasses everything was off balance.
So not going to Stanton.

I have already made a review on Monday after waiting 15 days for glasses supposed to take 30mins at store l. Also received them yesterday in mail and they dnt for my face are to big and bolky they do a horrible job .
