She was rude and I did not tell me all the
Financial parts of the exam. She knew my son had state insurance. Yet she waited until after the exam to tell me the high cost associated with my son visit. When asked why so high then that’s when she stated my insurance is not accepted there. I feel she should have said that from the start so I could make a dying I want to continue with the appointment. She trap me into a payment I never agreed too. It’s fraud and misleading!! I will never come back here

Needed new eye exam
Needed new eye exam. Paid for contacts n glasses. Then went forcre check n nobequipment to do contact exam, then eye exam says no astigmatism,
And 10 days for replacement glasses I paid for.
People were agitated n condescending at this place. Not happy.
At this point I would not recommend Stanton.

wrong prescription, no insurance
Gave me the wrong prescription, when I had said the prescription felt wrong I had been asked "are you a doctor". I got a refund and would not recommend to anyone. Was also told over the phone my insurance was accepted, just to find out when I arrived it wasnt.
