I do think there’s some false advertising on the website because it says that the eye exam is free and that you got bogo glasses but it doesn’t really work like that even with insurance so that part was a little confusing but other than that it was a really good experience

Exam felt very rushed
Exam felt very rushed. I don't think it was accurate because the glasses I got were not right. When I went to pick them up the lady was not helpful. My first time getting progressive's and she acted like she didn't want to help me. I had to bring them back in to get the progressive line fixed and another lady helped me and she was very nice. When I got them for the second time, I still can't see out of them. I will not be returning. Not a good experience.

I thought it was going to be cheaper than what it was but it was really expensive I can go to another place pay for eye exam and contacts for only $200

My experience was very good
My experience was very good. Everyone was friendly and helpful and the process was very smooth. My glasses had to be ordered and they came in almost a week earlier.

Perfect customer service
Well I entered the store at basically 5pm. I don't remember who helped me by name, but she helped me and my wife by herself till closing time. We finished right on time. Not a single complaint!
We even got 3/4 of our glasses right away, only one had to be special order so that was awesome too. She answered all questions and handled any issues with confidence. We will definitely be back!

Not happy with my glasses!!
I can't read.... I paid over $500 and can not read!! Everything intensifies and blures out..... When I called they wanted to act like I've never had glasses before.... Asking questions about moving things closer of farther away..... I never had to do that with my other glasses.... I'm not a happy customer, but I don't really think it matters... I just won't go back or recommend!!!!

The people are nice but the glasses I got I don’t think the prescription is right getting headaches from them. I wondered when they had a front employee do the eye exam instead of the eye doctor. The eye doctor only signed off on my prescription didn’t check my eyes or anything. Probably gonna have to go elsewhere to have an eye exam and pay for it because they used my insurance and buy new glasses which was no 79.95 like over 300 for 1 pair
