The place was very welcoming and the people were very friendly. I even learned something new about my eyes while I was there

That the eye nurse/ assistant was super helpful and even found slight astigmatism, helped picking out glasses super fun with pulling out different frames and colors. The discounts and the glasses being made in house is completely worth it, super fast and convenient

I thought the Customer Service, was outstanding. The Ladies were very helpful, considering it was my first Two pairs that I have ever had.

I had custom lenses made for my sunglasses. I would give 5 stars for the final product but it took them 2 times to get it right. Customer service was great and they made it right when there was a mistake.

I would recommend Stanton in Joplin Missouri to anyone I know or don't for that matter. The staff is awesome, they are fun and very sweet. They did an amazing job. They saved me over 400 dollars compared to other companies I've used in the past and I got more for my money!! Amazing people and saving y'all!!

Well the first time I got progressive lenses and that didn't work out well, but I came back and got some new ones and they are great 👌 thanks 😊

I bought a pair of glasses that were flexible, but I did not realize how light they were. I decided to to take them back with in the warranty period. They held their 30 day warranty and will be sending the money in the mail. I reviewed the return receipt and notice a discrepancy, so I called their home office and asked them about the discrepancy. They talked with the store and returned the discrepancy amount as well. I am giving them a 3 because the discrepancy should not have been over looked initial I give them a 4 for ease of dealing with.

Had to return neither lenses were right out of two pair. I’m so disappointed. I was so excited.
But right eye couldn’t even read. Colors were off/blurred also
Was told corporate would send me a chk for refund. We will see how that goes

Appointment set up was easy, people were very nice. Loved the options and prices. Got my glasses before they said they would be in. Finished product was as expected, and prescription was perfect. Thank you for giving affordable options to those without insurance. And thank you for great customer service

I love my glasses I've been getting here. I recently got updated lenses for my favorite Stanton frame along with polarized lenses for another frame i love & I must say the timing of arrival is impeccable ❤️. I never have to wait a full 2 weeks for my glasses! I recommend Stanton to anyone who doesn't need dilated exams or require seeing an in person provider or if you just need your prescription full filled they can provide with seeing a whole lot better in a great stylish pair of glasses!

My ear piece for the second time was loose at the screw. The associate noticed that the two earpieces were two different colors. He ordered me a new set of glasses without question. They now are perfect.

Staff was amazing!! Worked with my picky teenager so smoothly. Highly recommended for quick turnaround and most of the time leave with glasses.

I wish I had asked the name of the doctor I saw, because he was fantastic. They got me in quickly on a weekend, and he was so kind, very friendly. I've had a lot of eye exams in my time and have never had anyone explain the process to me so well and make me feel so at ease. Everyone there was just SO nice and made me feel so welcome.

The person who did my exam for me was AMAZING. Such a great personality. When I walked in, was immediately greeted and they explained the process while I was waiting. Oh, and got my glasses made in 15 minutes!!
