I recently had a very disappointing experience at Stanton Optical, and I feel compelled to share my concerns.
From the moment I arrived, the service was unprofessional and disorganized. I experienced long wait times despite having an appointment, and there was little to no communication from the staff about delays. When I was finally assisted, the interaction felt rushed and inattentive, as if my time and concerns did not matter.
Additionally, I found the staff to be lacking in product knowledge and customer care. My questions were either answered vaguely or not addressed at all, which made it difficult to feel confident in my purchase. The overall environment felt chaotic, and the lack of coordination among team members was evident
