They didn't even clean her glasses after making them. She told him she couldn't see through them. We got some cut and paste response about giving them a week to adjust to them. After we walked out she was visibly upset so I looked through them. They were coated in some thick white haze. I had to go back in and make him clean them. After that she could see with them. I spent almost $800 on 3 pair of glasses for her and myself....cleaning them was that hard?

When I had my eye appointment I was apparently given a wrong prescription because when I got my glasses several days later I put them on and am not able to see out of the glasses. I have zero interest in going back to them and really don’t want to write this review. I will not ever be a customer of theirs again. I would rather be blind then trust them to make me glasses.

From the receptionist to the technician, the process was flawless From scheduling to the eye examination and picking out the frames.

i was super overdue for an eye exam and fresh rx. got an appointment online very easily. they do take walk ins too though! the day i visited was busy but every associate i had the pleasure of working with was still friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. my glasses were done and on my smiling face quickly as well. would absolutely recommend and revisit!

They always make you feel like family. The young man that works there is very attentive, helpful and has the best customer service skills. He is always in control of the room.

Difficult to monitor delivery status and customer service needs improvement to deliver complete cleaned glasses before presenting to customer. Very fair pricing

From the moment I walked in the door I received amazing customer service and treatment by both the ladies, the one doing my eye glass test and the one helping select frames and creating the lens. The store had amazing deals and a wide variety of styles in frames to choose from. It took about 30 mins to create both glasses and then I was able to walk out the door with perfect vision again. Thank you to the ladies at Stanton Optical in Fuquay for helping to provide me with an amazing experience with getting new glasses.

Beginning eye exam and help getting frames was great. But when I picked up the young black woman and young black man were dismissive and had no interest in helping me get them adjusted. They tossed two cases on the counter and demanded I sign their clipboard. I had to adjust the plastic frame pair by hand bending them to get them close to straight. I felt as if I was not wanted in the store the moment I entered because they would not let me even go past the front desk. I was held standing just feet from the entry door until I left the store by the two employees. When I attempted to go past the counter they both raised their arms and got jumpy towards me herding me back.

The young ladies were very helpful and welcoming, they both had smiles on their faces so it made me feel as if I was at home. Will be giving out the information for this company to my friends.
