If you wear progressive glasses and need contacts be sure to let the staff know you need progressive contacts. Otherwise they give you a prescription for regular contacts and expect you to buy readers. I went for glasses and contact exam and it didn't occur to me that they would only give me contact prescription for regular contacts. They are supposed to give you a pair of contacts to try out and mine had to be ordered. A month passes and they had not called me to pick up my contacts. I finally had to call them to see what was taking so long. I was able to pick up my contacts. I waited to wear the contacts for a special event which didnt happen for 2 months. That's when I realized my contacts were not progressive. I called the store to let them know that i needed the prescription for progressive contacts. The person who helped me Joann was very professional and said I had to come in to retest since more than 3 months had passed. I was very happy to hear that I would not be charged for the exam. When I get to my exam the next day they tell me I have to pay for the exam again. If I have to pay again for my exam I'll just go to another company to get that done. I will not be using Stanton in the future.

Compared to my initial experience when I first went there to get glasses this time around it was pleasant and the gentleman who assisted me was friendly and courteous and took way less time. In and out in roughly 15 minutes

Great experience i liked how everything was explain to me about my eyes .I was pleased to have a staff that looked like they loved there jobs.

Tony really shows that he cares very much to look after every single need of the customer. I was never left on my own, was never left to myself, he made sure to make me feel like I was the number one priority in the optical shop. There wasn’t a single thing Tony wouldn’t know about, massive knowledge. You cannot get any more attentive and helpful than Tony the man. After running into an emergency and urge to get new glasses I made sure to let Tony know he saved the day.

I only saw a tech and never saw an optometrist. I feel like an optometrist is not even in the store as I never saw one there. I was never called to be informed that my items had arrived.

I have been putting off getting an eye exam for over a year now and decided to give Stanton Optical at the Fountains a shot.
From the moment I walked in the staff were so friendly and kind and very welcoming. Every single person working that day showed me so much kindness and patience! I don’t think I can even put into words how amazing the staff was to me! They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and made small adjustments to try and accommodate me and it made all the difference. I truly have never been anywhere where the staff seemed to genuinely care about the customers! They were extremely professional as well as caring! Thank you again Stanton Optical at the Fountains! You all are amazing!

Be more courteous and respectful towards customers and stop acting like robots.

Very upset that I was duped by Stanton Optical. I called to make appointments and was told there was a back to school special, wherein, my boys could get free eye exams. I asked if I would be obligated to buy the frames there. Stanton does not take my kiddos insurance. I was told by the representative that I would NOT be obligated to purchase the eyeglasses there as it was to help the community with back to school eye exams. I was told that I could receive the prescription and then buy the eyeglasses anywhere I would like that takes their insurance. Wrong! They received their eye exams and I was told that the representative was wrong and that I would need to pay for eyeglasses out of pocket or the eye exam would no longer be free. This was the only reason I went to Stanton. Money is extremely tight at the moment, as it is for many families in America. ☹️ The person that assisted us explained that it was a miscommunication. I could have just paid for eye exams, but time is of the essence and I believed what I was told by their representative. I walked out of there having paid upwards of $400. 🙄

El lugar super sucio, mucho polvo, basura en El Piso . En cuestion al Personal no senti el interes de explicar ayudar a elegir los lentes, explicar Que tiene colores, diferencia los precios,no todos califican para la promo.
Ami me explicaron si elegia unos lentes de total precio $$ serian 2. Solo me dieron 1.
Cuando Yo fui mire al Dueno/ supervisor Noc. Exactamente Quien era’ Dando ordenes, instrucciones dirigiendose al negocio sobre limpiesa etc. Professionamente.. Ella aciendole senas al Otro muchacho Que Esta a estava enfrente, en lo q NO Mirava el (Dueno/Supervisor)el muchacho fue y Saco la aspiradora molesto. Fue falta de respeto total al Dueno o Supervisor y al Cliente. Si ce rien de el, Que sera de Los clients. Yo senti personal mente Que me atendieron como si Ellos pagaran por mi. No senti buena communication. (No siempre es facil poder ser amables, considerando vida personal, pero por lo menos Buenos Dias, o en Que lo puedo ayudar, si nesesitas ayuda puedo explicar tampoco pido socialisar. Uno paga bastante dinero por lo menos recivir servicio cliente proffesional adecuado por lo Que ce les paga, rol de trabajo.

Alfin, termine pagando lentes porque al No pagarlos la unica opcion era pagar el examen vista cual Ami me dijieron es gratis. La compra lentes 2 x $ .
Ce me iso excellente la compra de 2x $.
Resulto NO earn 2 pares lentes. Solo me dieron 1 x $$ . Tampoco explicaron tenia cost extra al aser otro examenes. Cual seria agradable saver desde Que uno ase la sita o frontdesk. ( Nisikiera Buen Dia, nada.) Mi Experience Personal.
El Personal Atras Me atendio Mejor. No boy a regresar por cuestion falta Professionalismo mala communicacion cuestion Precios, falta de igenie. Muy Importante mas personas agaramos infecciones rapidamente.
Espero purdah mejorar expectativas para sis clientes.
