The overall experience was great, different, loved the new techy way of visiting with the doctor remotely. The staff was very pleasant and professional. Once my glasses were ready, I was surprised that I did not get notified and it seems that two pair of glasses were in my order instead of one. However, immediately it was addressed. I have my new glasses. I will need to get them tighted a bit but I am very satisfied! Thank you Stanton, Cathy Brown

I’m pretty sure if I had known there wasn’t an actual ophthalmologist on site I wouldn’t have booked the appointment. Hinge my prescription is incorrect and I ordered 2 packs of contacts. A completely wasted appointment and insurance coverage.
