Mediocre customer service at best. Eye exam, glasses were paid for and provided. The glasses arrived but did not fit the same as the pair I tried on and picked out. I would not have picked out glasses that fell off my face. 3 stars because they had available appointments, affordable eye exam and provided a pair of glasses after exchanging several hundred dollars. Since they provided a service for a fee and were convenient, I gave three stars but in store customer service was a 1..maybe a 2.

The frames are too small and the lens…
The frames are too small and the lens are completely wrong. I told the person that gave them to me and was told to give them a day or so for my eyes to adjust to them. They hurt my head and I cannot see anything clearly.

The staff has great customer service skills. Provide me with me alternative details for tricare which worked out for my budget great!!!! Walked in and was done in less then an hour with picking frames.

My glasses were not suitable for my eyes. They were way off.
I went their in Nov 2025 to get new lenses fir my glasses however the Dr. up on the monitor showed me 2 different opinion to pick From then I said number 2 looks alright but now sure then she click off from the monitor!! Upon receiving my new lenses a week later driving down twonotch at night if was very hard for me too see however I thought I was to close to the other lane so I moved over and hit the medium and tore my tire! That’s when i said I will no longer go to staton!! The personnel there is just learning how to do their job one of personal their had told me he’s learning as he goes!! That’s unprofessional.. plus i spent $1500.00 not a happy customer!! Now I had to find a new optimist to check my eyes and my glasses from staton and their findings of my glasses were way off prescription to their prescription findings so therefore I won’t be coming in there no more I’m very upset
