Lack of training/education
I asked questions about when I should wear my glasses since the prescription wasn’t so bad. I didn’t get a direct answer. It’s like the staff were trying to avoid the questions due to improper training or education. I will say the staff were very friendly and approachable, but they lacked the knowledge to answer questions. The person that examined my eyes hung up the call as soon as she was done and I wasn’t able to ask her questions directly.

Lucky to even get 1 star
They get 1 star because the employees are nice at least.
Otherwise, they make you pay way too much for the cheapest glasses I've ever had. Paid almost $400 for my daughter's glasses that didn't even last a month. Went in to get them fixed and even though they are under a warranty I had to pay for new frames. This happened at least 3x before even 6 months. My glasses broke just from cleaning them; the arm popped right off the metal piece completely broken and for almost $300 those didn't even last me a year. Just a giant waste of money. The cheaper pairs I have bought online have lasted years. I will never buy my glasses here again. You've been warned.

Sales, not customer satisfaction
They seem to care only about making a sale. Not satisfaction or proper fit when picked up. I was not told the eye exam would be done via telemedicine. That should have been stated on their website and during appointment scheduling. I’ve never received glasses without them asking me to read something and let them know they are comfortable and working well. They didn’t even ask.

First Time Needing Glasses
This was the first time I have needed to get an eye exam and glasses. They helped me out with getting a remake after learning the first prescription was off. Then they helped me out with a deal, because I have no vision insurance. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.
