Bad Service- stay away!
Spoke to manager Thai to find out what happened to my contact order. Apparently, it was sitting in the postal box for days. Asked him to refund my money. Still not done.
Had left messages and called many times to no avail.

Picked up new glasses yesterday and had…
Picked up new glasses yesterday and had trouble reading with them. Came in today and told them I have never wore glasses before so can they adjust them. Wow no problem he took him time to help me. Adjusted the one to fit perfectly. The other he had to get me anew pair of couldn’t adjust. I would give them 10 stars.

Overall I’m so happy I picked Stanton optical — I had wonderful customer service specifically from Gladimir.
price specials can be alluring yet deceiving if you are not familiar with all the additional fees of spectacles. I spent more than expected by A lot but to be able to see the world is a priceless gift.

The staff was professional and efficient. I was greeted promptly and the eye testing started soon after checking in. The doctor explained everything about the results and was very sincere. Joel fitted me for my new glasses and explained all the promotions. He was very helpful, and I appreciated all the assistance.

3rd pair of glasses and still not what…
3rd pair of glasses and still not what I need. I can't drive with these as it is too blurry. I need glasses that I can drive with and read the dash board. The tinting needs to go away instantly I walk into a store but I have to wait 20 to 30 minutes for the tinting to go away. Really dumb design.

The buy one get one offer was misrepresented. The frames I chose ($169) for just one pair with transition lenses and glare resistance totaled almost $500. If another pair was also purchased (BOGO) it totaled more than $800, The salesperson was professional and helpful. The finished product was very good quality. However, by comparison, when I've purchased online with same quality of glasses, the cost was about 1/4. The trade off was in person assistance vs online ordering. I suggest if you prefer in person be sure to research the cost and the offer.
