I purchased PlayStation (PSN) gift…
I purchased PlayStation (PSN) gift cards from StanShop, but the codes have still not been provided.
My ₹2,000 PSN gift card order from 18 August (Order ID #13741152) is still showing “Card Number: Available Soon” and “Card PIN: Available Soon.”
I also have another ₹3,000 PSN gift card order from 20 August (Order ID #13770586) which is showing the exact same “Available Soon” status.
These are digital gift cards, so I expected the codes to be delivered promptly. Instead, I have been waiting for days with no usable PSN code.
What makes this particularly frustrating is that the order page simply keeps showing “Available Soon,” without giving a clear explanation of when the codes will actually be delivered.
I purchased these expecting to receive working PSN gift cards, not to have my money stuck while waiting indefinitely for the codes.
Very disappointing experience. I hope StanShop either delivers the purchased codes immediately or provides a proper refund and explains why these orders have been delayed for so long.
