Really brilliant service
Really brilliant service
This saves us a lot of time, no more waiting in post office queues or having to print and post letters.
It takes a few minutes to format, but once you have your letters templated you're flying.
Highly recommended!

I can't even begin to explain how poor…
I can't even begin to explain how poor Stannp's service is. I sent out a campaign to 4,100 recipients at great expense and they sold the service as saying the recipients would have the letters within a week. Fast forward 2 MONTHS later, recipients are only just getting the letter now AND the letter now contains outdated offers as it was a limited time sale campaign. I would not recommend using this service, there are others out there that may not be software-driven but with a more personal touch than Stannp who refuse to help when contacted about the delivery issues.

On the 26th of September your response was:
"Thank you for updating me. Unfortunately I have no further information than the below.
It is frustrating for us also but it is down to Royal Mail for the final step"
No attempt was ever made to resolve the issue, and I was just given the same unhelpful "royal mail is to blame" whilst YOUR dashboard tracking *still* says all mail pieces were delivered which is evidently not true but yes I'm the liar.

Hi Blessing,
As we discussed with you, the letters were sent by us within the timeframes promised. We have full item tracking sent up which shows you when the letters were printed, when they left our warehouse, and when they were handed over to the sorting office.
Unfortunately, Royal Mail are to blame for not posting the mail within a satisfactory time frame. We have tried to work with you to find a solution. We understand your frustration, but conversely this is a situation out of our control.
We appreciate your concerns, but your review borders on being untrue. We are very open and communicative and will help with all matters under our control. Royal Mail is are the party responsible for physically distributing the mail and we cannot control it, in the same way you can't control a letter once it has been posted.

3 campaigns and not a single call from anyone. unreachable when I asked to prove that mail went out, said they would send samples of what was sent, never got them.
paid over 250 for each campaign and NOTHING!!
