Do not order from them online. If you can find any in a retail store that is the only guaranteed way for you to actually receive the product you wish to buy. I've called their customer support line 6 times today and not once have I been connected to an agent, and not only was I on hold for 30+ min, but at the end of that waiting period I simply get disconnected from the call. I would give these guys a freaking -5 stars because this is the absolute worst customer service I have ever delt with. This company needs to get their crap together because this is just ridiculous.

I would give 0 star if that was an option. The cups could be good but the customer service is TERRIBLE.
The life-long warranty is nothing but a lie. My cup broke about 3 months ago and I wrote to the customer service for a replacement. They responded to my mail that they will replace it and I didn't hear/receive anything from them after that. I sent couple of follow-up mails but no response!

Um produto tão caro deveria ter uma entrega rápida, dizem até 8 dias úteis e usam cada minuto. Optam pela entrega mais barata dos Correios, a PAC, e com isso estragam a experiência de compra de um produto pretensamente premium.

Well what most people say the company is poorly run so with that mine RUN trying to call to send a product back 30 mins prior to closing at 3 pm really what company closed at 3 pm Plus wouldn’t answer the phone at 2:30 said the company was closed

Stanley cups are great until they break. Customer support is terrible. The cup is leaking. They have no spare parts to send. They ask the same questions even though you have sent them already. Three weeks so far and nothings happened. I have sent pictures etc. The guarantee is not worth the paper it's written on so far.

Wish I could give 0 stars. TERRIBLE customer service. Placed an order three months ago, the site has trackign info that is not valid according to UPS, and now it is WEEKS in between emails to just try and get tracking and/or a refund for items that NEVER arrived nor can they prove that they were shipped and/or delivered. The do not answer emails with the questions customers are asking for. They are stealing money from people by not trying to solve problems like these.

The package came very quickly with no problem. This is an honest to goodness good company that makes premium products.

Ordered a water bottle 2weeks ago, received a flask and 2 travel mugs a week later EU9461 emailed them immediately, nothing! 8 days later emailed them again and got a reply within half hr only to be given instructions on sending back wrong items, nothing about my missing order. Naturally I told them that’s not my responsibility and requested a full refund on my water bottle order as still not received it.

Received damaged merchandise (chipped cups) and can’t get customer service to respond. no phone number, email only

I wish I would have researched this company before i bought a Stanley tumbler online. This is NOT the Stanley company! It is a 3rd party selling their products. However, i'm not sure they are selling anything because you can't talk to anyone. The phone system hangs up on you. I was scammed by them sending me an email saying i could get 20% off anything in my cart and I bought it! :( I tried calling the actual Stanley company 1st and they said they don't have any numbers in their website name and they don't sell to anyone directly except for places like amazon, walmart, etc. I didn't know that until that call. I was never given a discount that was in the email and I hope I get the product.

Don't, don't order from this company. They are nothing but scam artists. Haven't received my order. Probably never will.

Terrible customer service. After waiting 2 weeks never got my order. Sent emails and no reply. Spent over an hour on hold. Finally get a rep who I can barely understand. Stayed Items lost and they wanted to refund me minus my taxes!?! Then when I asked for a supervisor was placed on another long hold. Still no resolution.

Spent a stupid amount of money on 3 items. Two arrived a week after ordering, the third never arrived. Have not been able to make contact with the company & have submitted several tickets with no contact back. Half tempted to chuck the 4 other stupid expensive items I’ve purchased. I will definitely no longer promote their products on my social media or by word of mouth. Garbage customer service= Garbage company

I wish I would have read the reviews prior to ordering.
For 14 days my order has been sitting as "confirmed." I can't get ahold of Customer Service via email or phone. If you call, you're on hold for 60 seconds and then the line disconnects. They charge your card at the time of purchase instead of when it ships. I have disputed this charge on my card.

TERRIBLE COMPANY! These people sent my two cups to the next state over! I live in missouri and they sent my cups to Illinois. I spent a month waiting to order these things, finally got to order them and then they messed up majorly on a $70 order, that I probably won’t get replaced because the cups are sold out again. If you value your time, money and patience don’t order!

Ordered from stanley 1913 an can't get anybody to answer phone or email about order an can't get a refund has been over 3 weeks an still says order is unfulfilled they are scamming people I will not order for them again

Non existent customer service. Order is over a week old with no shipping or response to request for status

Awful customer service! I have sent several emails to their email as well as through their website. No response. I've called them 3 days in a row during their business hours, no answer. I called them 4 times today and after 30 minutes on hold they hang up on me... each time. Awful customer service! This company doesn't want to actually help their customers with warranties.

In a restock I hurried to order the couple of tumblers I wanted before they were out of stock. I placed my order and received an order confirmed email. Hours later I received an order canceled email. I called to find out what was going on and apparently I had mistyped my billing address so they cancelled my order. And now it's out of stock. Not a fan of Stanley customer service whatsoever. I called them and they said there was nothing they could do for me. I'm not sure why their system let it go through and sent me an order confirm email if they detected an error. I was hurrying to checkout before it was out of stock. Super frustrated. 😡 Will not buy from Stanley ever again.
