I will never purchase a Stanley again. They are dishonourable. They don't honour their Lifetime Warranty. After purchase 6 travel mugs as gifts.

I have been a life time user of Stanley products and have had a Stanley Thirst Quencher 40 oz for a short time. In that time I used it regularly with only a few scuffs on the bottom. Then the handle broke off. With a background in welding I noticed that the spot welds that hold the the handle on snapped off. This is due to a "cold weld" during the manufacturing process.
After contacting customer service at Stanley they understood the problem yet would not honor the lifetime warranty as stated on their website.
I will never buy a Stanley product again because of their lack of quality control and their warranty statement scam ! They lost a life time customer and every one I talk to about my experience with their product and their customer service department.

The thermos we bought 50 years ago was replaced with a new one under Stanley Center warranty. I recommend this brand that I have been using for years to everyone and I thank the authorities very much. (The only bad thing is that the distributor in Türkiye, "Kutupayısı", never got back to us.)

I have a 1 qt thermos that someone gave me unfortunately I found the reason they gave it to me was as soon as you put hot anything in it the outside gets hot, translation..... no vacuum
And there is no remedy because there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!
You can call you can text it doesn't matter you will never receive a reply.

Either send me my product or I will give you to the lawyer, stop defrauding people and answer the mails

Worst company ever for customer service. It is impossible to contact anyone in a reasonable amount of time. I placed an order in mid November. After several weeks and an hour on hold for customer service I was informed my order must have been lost as no action had been taken in a long time. They cancelled and refunded my credit card. Since this was a Christmas gift, I tried again. It has been over a week and the only thing happening is a shipping order was created several days ago and nothing since. I’ve been on hold once again to find out what is happening…. I am guessing I will have a disappointed kiddo. This is beyond ridiculous.

Terrible, no response to any e-mail i have send. Never ever buy anything from this site!!!!!!!!!

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! I ordered a cup on Nov 24th. After inquiring for WEEKS, I was continuously LIED to about the shipping. I was told that it was going to ship December 23rd! Then I was sent a "courtesy" cup, but was still promised my original order! I repeated ask over and over and over, and was told I would STILL get the personalized cup. But then TODAY, I was finally told the truth. The order was NEVER going to get fulfilled, because of the personalization. They haven't been able to personalize since Nov 15th. NOBODY I talked to stated that not ONE SINGLE TIME!!! They kept telling me it was going to be shipped!!!! I SPOKE TO 4 DIFFERENT PEOPLE!!!! THIS COMPANY IS FULL OF LIARS AND IS TRASH!!! I WILL NEVER SPEND MY MONEY WITH THEM AGAIN!!!!

Ordered a quencher 12/6/24 thinking it would be plenty of time to receive it before 12/23/24 but I guess not. It’s been a week now and order still haven’t shipped. At this point I’m assuming that I will be spending the weekend buying a different gift and returning the Stanley cup. This is beyond disappointing and frustrating. I have tried to reach out to costumer service twice with no response. Stay away from this company, they might have nice tumblrs but they do not have their act together. So disappointing, I will make sure to let everyone I know not to buy Stanley but get a yeti instead because this is not worth it.

Cancelled an order I placed, didn’t give a reason. Said I had to reach out for the reason. Spent almost an hour waiting and talking with customer service to find that they had sold out by the time they processed my order over 10 days later……..a company that large should have better processes for high demand items. I’ll stick to brumate and corkcicle instead.

An update from my earlier post. Never received any response from this company but my bank reimbursed my credit card.
This company changed ownership in May 2024.
Their approach to business is appalling and I would be very careful to use this company. It says ever you need to know in that they didn’t even have the decency to respond to my review. My advice avoid at all costs.

No customer service i wrote stanley to ask about parts for my stanley quick flip water bottle top..first i got a reply have to sent pictures and also they dont sell parts.. soo i bought an expensive water bottle that if broken cannot be replaced. And then the email said.. happy to hear my issue was resolved!!.. how?!.. first no parts, but need to sent pictures.. and then issue is resolved?!! If i knew this i would have bought an yeti or pelican instead. Very disappointed.

Jeg købte min stanley tumbler for nogle måneder tilbage. Da jeg havde retuneret den fordi jeg kunne få en gratis af en bekendt istedet, fik jeg en mail om at de havde modtaget den og at der ville gå op til 10 dage før jeg kunne få mine penge tilbage. Jeg har nu ventet en måned og har stadig ingen penge. MEGA IRITERENDE!!

I’d give zero stars if I could!
I returned a product and they just keep telling me to wait for a refund that they are working on it. It’s been months! They even confirmed they received the return. It’s a joke.

I love the way my cup looks… but the whole top of my cup is having condensation issues and sweats like crazy!

My top of my 1.9 ltr flask degraded on inside I messaged stanley with a photo of the top to show them the problem within two weeks I had a brand new replacement flask yes a complete new flask which is even better then the one I had excellent service.

Absolutely wish I’d known that Stanley is a scam company that steals your money after you return a perfect product to them, they resell it, and STILL DONT REFUND YOUR MONEY!!! Absolutely garbage!!!! They will fall like every other company with bad customer service who blew up but couldn’t keep their customers happy.

Thirst quencher flask. Kept drink cold for 48hrs in 25C temperatures. Excellent.

Lifetime warranty is a joke. Didn't last 5 months and handle broke.. sent in a message then saw how to do a warranty claim. Both my message and warranty claim have went unanswered. Message was in May then did the warranty claim in July when I found it. Have replied to both and asked if I'll ever get an answer and second message on both have went unanswered.
