I moved from IL to SC
I moved from IL to SC, i was told that I would have to pay an additional $500 to move my toolbox. ok, it's heavy. But is it too heavy for a trucking company, well i guess it is, because upon arrival, it was damaged, sorry, destroyed. I filed a claim for the replacement, and they denied my claim. Offered a pittance of $300. can not even go to the store and think of purchasing a toolbox for that $. Much more action to follow.

David, We understand your frustration, however several important facts are being omitted from this review.
The additional charge for the toolbox was disclosed and approved prior to transportation due to the extreme weight and handling requirements of the item. Heavy industrial toolboxes require additional labor, equipment, and space allocation, which is standard within the moving industry.
A claim was not “denied.” Your claim was reviewed according to the valuation coverage selected and agreed upon before the move took place. Compensation is determined based on the protection plan chosen by the customer, not the retail replacement value of the item after delivery.
While we regret that damage occurred, presenting the situation as though no resolution was offered is inaccurate. Our company followed the claims procedure outlined in the signed contract and provided compensation in accordance with those terms.

Roman and Alex were awesome! They worked with us on everything. Helped us deal with the miscommunication from the booking company. These guys are super respectful and very easy to work with. I can say that I'm never moving out of state again 😂. But it's not because of these guys. They we probably the best part of our move.

They rescheduled three times for picking up, over seven reschedules to finally get most of my property (missing items that they will not get back with me about) I’ve called, sent texts on the same numbers they used in arranging and to pay even emails with no reply now.
Unprofessional principals, price gouging and predatory practices!!! Dought me you will find out! ( BE WARNED)

Stanford van lines were great
Stanford van lines were great. The team they sent out were very careful and respectful of my belongings. With that said they were quick and worked non stop to get my move done in one day. I would recommend them and will be using them for any future moves. Great job!

The experience was mainly good. They arrived sooner than I was expecting. They call 1 hour in advance. They take care of the stuffs and they explained if there were additional charges and why. They did a good job.
