Poor warranty for infiknit
Great socks and sizing. Very poor warranty for infiknit socks, although it's their promise. Even with all evidence and payment proof... Poor service!!!
Bad customer service
Bad customer service. Poor sizing. They seem to put whatever shoe sizes for their socks. The mediums fit very large. The smalls fit kind of small. It says on their website that the small and the youth large fit the same shoe sizes. They do not. They will not refund me for the socks that do not fit despite saying they’re the same size as the ones that do fit me. They also will not give me a discount code to repurchase socks that are the right size even though I bought a bunch of socks that don’t fit a they won’t take back. Their sizing chart is consistent with their website buttons. The socks are really expensive so, thumbs down.
Stance
Phone system not working for awhile. Order placed on 8/26/22 still has not shipped. Only way to contact is text or email with a 1 - 3 days response time. Starting to think they are about to go belly up.
Awful quality
Similar to a few others, I have some pairs from a few years ago that are still awesome… not any more unfortunately - bought some of the new style and they are absolutely awful, no better than cheap generic high street socks. Avoid!

Stance agreed too a refund. But instead they billed me again and refunded that. Amoung multiple other errors. No customer service or oversite. Sub service is broken. Their phone system are down and I wonder who is at the wheel over there??

The socks seem great at first but will soon wear out. After roughly a year the 4 very expensive pairs I bought (for socks) have worn through on the soles and heels and have huge holes. They’re unwearable. And I didn’t even wear them all that often. I’ve got cheap socks I’ve had for five years that are still going strong. Avoid.

Buyer Beware re: Monthly Subscription
Do not participate in their monthly subscription service unless you want to be forced to pay for socks you don’t want. They auto-selected a few pairs for me, never gave me the opportunity to select my own, and then insisted that I go wait in line at USPS if I wanted my money back. Buyer beware.

Loved the sock and boxers put in £200 worth of orders this year. One pair of socks got a hole after the first time of wearing. I have contacted stance twice since then over 2 weeks and have yet to get a response.

I own sock stores and have been trying to purchase whole sale for 9 months!! Yet they pass you around and won't help. Worst company I have ever dealt with!!
Fell out of love...
I purchased my first few pairs of stance in 2015. They style, design + quality was bang on.
But I have since purchased / ordered close to 100 pairs of Stance socks over the years. And the quality and longevity have both suffered. Some pairs might only last 3 wears before a hole appears. This is unacceptable at the price point Stance charge. I’m no longer a fan and would no recommend this brand.
I love their stuff
Website is ok. It’s not to great to navigate. I’ve been a subscriber to their monthly underwear delivery for some time now. Their products are incredible. I love the fabric of their socks and tshirts. Their butterblend underwear is better than anything that has ever caressed my buttocks. I wish they had a tshirt subscription just like their socks and undies because I would get on that ASAP.

I bought £150+ of socks and underwear from Stance. They are , no doubt, excellent quality. The strap line is
‘Introducing Stance Infiknit technology. Never Rips. Never Tears. Forever. NO STRINGS ATTACHED, we'll replace it for free.’
Now, what they don’t say is these socks HAVE to be washed like cashmere jumpers. Cool wash, no tumble drier.
All my products went in with the family wash . All shrunk.
Underwear. Well these have to be washed in a cold wash.
OK, my fault. I should have read the small print because we all do that don’t we??

Good product. Abysmal service.
Their products are good and my boyfriend lives them but their customer service is abysmal. I reached out to them due to an issue with their website preventing me from purchasing items (along with many other UX issues such as incorrect searches and basket resets) they told me to message them directly and have continuously read but never responded back. Its been months. I went elsewhere to get underwear instead since Christmas came and went.

I've been a fan of stance for a couple of years so I ordered some stuff in November but I haven't received the items yet.
2 orders, made on different days, but never delivered. They were supposed to be delivered in 5-9 days. So I contacted customer service, they answered me back just a couple of times and then nothing, they haven't responded to my emails or phone calls.

Poor communication.
Spent under £30 on an order, left a bad review as I ordered them at the time on the 27th of November and by the 7th of December I still hadn’t received anything.
Someone replied to my review after I had emailed them asking about my parcel and told me, someone had emailed me in regards to my order. Checked my mail and junk mail nothing.
It is now the 18th and STILL haven’t received my order or any sort of communication! But that’s ok because they have received their money.
faulty business model
I know for a fact that their products are good and that's why I ordered them for my son's birthday. But the ordering process is insane. I had to make two separate purchases to give my son both socks and underwear for his birthday. On his birthday he only received one of the gift emails. When I wrote to ask about it, it was the weekend so they weren't working. I had to follow up on Tuesday because I never heard back. When I finally did they said that they can only send one subscription per email address so if my son is to receive his second gift he will need to create a new email address. They don't have phone service so all communication is by text or email. It is difficult to fathom that you can't order two separate subscription items using the same email address. I mean if you had to create a new email address every time you used Amazon???? Makes NO SENSE. They refunded one of the orders. And I have to say that the people texting back and forth are polite and helpful but there's nothing they can do about the unsophisticated technology.
First pair bought in 2015, still going strong!
I bought some socks from the Stance website as presents for my family. I knew they'd be excellent quality because I bought my first pair of Stance socks in October 2015. That same pair is still going strong! As are all the subsequent pairs I bought.
They also sent me a free pair which was very kind!

No free return, unfriendly support
Great socks, bad return policy and quite unfriendly support (probably due to internal policy on returns, not personal fault).
Having no free return option with such premium prices is just a nonsense those days. In fairness it is stated on the website that there are no free returns. But I wouldn't even consider that in 2020 well respected companies will charge for return shipping, so I didn't read that (my bad).
Spent a few hundreds on their product. They lost me as a customer. Will not recommend to friends either.
