I never intended to use this service and was charged threw a seconday website I was attempting to make a purchase from and after reaching out to customer service they informed me that refunds could not be approved however I recieved a follow up email stating that I would recieve a refund after all and so I remain neutral to this company untill I recieve this refund. as I cannot speak agenst there products and services.

Elsa reached out to me after already getting great customer service, to help me resolve my problem! Much appreciated!

En abril, Alexandra y Emerald. Igual de rápidos y gentiles.
Aun sin resolución.
Por lo contrario. No hubo devolución.
Cancele mi suscripción en abril y siguen descontando dinero .
Espero rápido solución.
En teoría quedará resuelto luego de esta publicación.
Y de que califique con 4 o 5 estrellas el servicio.

Reading your Facebook it states that I would receive a perfume by doing a survey for Macys which your not affiliated with please cancel my account stop billing my credit card!! And refund my money back thanks

Thanks Emily.Finally, I received a refund from this company which charged me on 4/9/26. It was not easy! I will never fall for this company and the others tactics ever again.

Charges were created under a false add, and a refund was only promised after a review was left, 10 days after the review was written still no refund and a claim of never receiving a review so this is my second review for failure to refund fraudulent transactions.

Stampward.com works like a scam. One star is too much. I didn't even purchase anything from this company and somehow they got my info. When I confronted the company they said they would credit my account, which they never did.
Update: they have offered me a refund only after taking my review down. I already canceled my card, and want people to see this. Review stays, keep my refund.

Zoe is helping me with the issues of being charged with extra transactions. Very helpful .

Every time I try to unsubscribe it has me subscribed to something else
