Same story as the others, they offered a city tour for 0,01 Euro, which I purchased and never arrived. Then I received an email that I signed up to their services, to which I immediately reacted to cancel it. To which they did not react, even after sending 2 reminders. Instead they deducted Eur 49,90 from my bank account, using apple pay. Now I am arguing with my bank for a refund and blocked my bank card.
this is a scam. tricks people to subscribing to their seminar and they won't issue a refund even though its clearly stated in their cancellation policy.

For some reason they took £1 back in September from my account and £48 every two weeks ever since. Didnt notice it as I didnt have the banking app until last week and spotted it! This is nothing to do with Seminars or wellbeing, it is a scam masquerading under multiple other companies. Blocked them, fraud form completed and new card coming.

Thought it was a Boots official site on Facebook and purchased a beauty gift set for 9:95. This was a scam with reoccurring payments set up of around £50 every fortnight. Card got cancelled and claimed back money from bank after 30 days. Received email cancellation of membership and had a hunt for this company registered to address in Hamilton controlled by Amber Duffin (Azure Link Digital Ltd) which has now moved to Edinburgh. Watch out. Never purchase anything on Facebook. This scammer is good.
I only gave them a star because you have to but the review is the same as others thought I was buying something for 9:95 Next I know money was going out of my account. They seem to sell themselves as company that wants to assist well being services what a joke when they are scamming people I can Ill afford extra money going out of the account as every penny I have is accounted for !!!
It’s a scam. I made a dodgy payment for a cheap Smyths toy from a Facebook marketplace post. Two days later they tried to take £48 under staffseminars.com. Blocked my card and got a new one.
paid 9:95 for a item that was suppose to be some thing to do with b&q,never did arrive,how proud they must be with themselves ripping/scamming folk,especially the elderly
I ordered an item off what I thought was a B and Q site only to find my credit card charged to this company for £9.95 and £48.00. On contacting the company they said the first 3 days where a trial and if you don't cancel they charge you a subscription fee. I tried to explain that I never sign up for their service but they won't refund me my money. This matter is now being dealt with my bank. This company seriously needs to be investigated by the relevant authority.
It’s a scam, they took £48 out of my account days after ordering something for £2.99 and never got the product I ordered in the first place.
Credit card details hijacked from (in retrospect) dodgy online purchase of a hamper to set up a credit card based subscription service allegedly for employers, the details of which on their website seem rather vague but costly. Had money taken from purchase refunded after reporting as fraud to credit card company. Telephone contact was interesting to say the least (reply was not in English).
Same as others, total SCAM, stupid me for falling for it, Facebook has become an absolute scammers forum! Paid for something which obviously wasn't going to come but they took another £48, card cancelled which is just a ballache and bank has refunded but still £9.95 down!
This is a scam. Cancel your card immediately and get £9.94 back from your bank. Facebook should have been all over this.
Payed for an item to be delivered never arrived and got charged £9.94 and then they took another £48 what a rip off company and a full time scam what the he'll is going on here
I wouldn’t give any stars if possible. Somehow they have taken funding from my bank I suspect by popping up with a charge for something else and I succumbed not realising I had joined this. I requested money back which they state they cannot do but it’s policy not a legal reason. They may be lurking on Facebook. Please be careful as their attitude toward my wellbeing is dreadful so somewhat hypocritical considering they profess to help companies with staff wellbeing. A scam? Maybe but if legit they would surely want good press and customer service and return the money
