I had experienced issues with my DHL collection and contacted Stackers. Although not really a problem for Stackers to solve, Hannah went above and beyond to help me. I don’t know if the issue was DHL or the shop where I’d sent it for collection, but Hannah contacted DHL who contacted the shop. Once I’d received my parcel I was delighted with the product.

Pure oplichting! Al een maand mijn product besteld! Al 100 mails verstuurd! Dan kreeg ik reactie dat ze onderweg zou zijn. We zijn al 5 maand verder! Waar ze geen rekening mee houden is dat wijn onze kuur moeten onderhouden! Koop hier niks! Ik ga trouwens naar de politie voor deze mensen! Dit is alleen maar oplichten!

Love the luxury backpack. I like all the compartments, very organised and tidy. A little smaller than I expected. But what's with the smell? I can't describe it, low quality industrial chemical. I am now hoping that it lasts for a while. DHL delivery absolutely awful. Delay after delay (we are talking days!) with constant new update messages on my delivery, new delivery windows and simple didn't turn up. When the parcel finally arrived it was absolutely battered with some tape around it saying "Repackaged by DHL". At least that explains the reason why it was delivered 3 days late.

Quick delivery and love the bag however upon delivery I noticed that the bag is not made very well and is coming apart. I wouldn’t have expected for such an expensive bag.

I recently bought the Luxury Backpack to use as a changing bag, and I’m so impressed with both the product and the customer service.

The backpack is incredibly well organised with lots of useful compartments, making it so much easier to keep everything tidy when out with my little one. It looks beautiful too and doesn’t feel like a typical changing bag.

I also had a query about a matching accessory, and Anna in customer service went above and beyond to help me. It’s rare to receive such friendly, helpful service these days, and it really made my experience even better.

I’d definitely recommend Stackers and wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again!

I love Stackers items, I have the scoop jewellery stand and the travel roll and both items are beautiful.
Always really well packaged and the items themselves are great quality. I've had my stand for years and still looks brand new, the travel roll is the new purchase and I can't wait to start using it, it will be so much better than the little square travel boxes I was using before where chains always got tangled.
On the lookout now for my next purchase

I love the wallet but was disappointed that the strap snapped when I arrived at my destination, so didn’t even get to use it for 1 day. Other than that, the wallet is perfect for a family

I am a big stackers fan. Make up bags, caddies, jewellery boxes but I just received the white wedding case and it’s beautiful. Will put all my treasures in there once married.
Always packaged well and sent on time.

Quality has gone down hill. I bought a stacker’s jewellery box some years ago and it’s still in perfect condition. I bought a personalised one for a special birthday gift for someone and the quality was poor. There were marks inside the lid also. I would have complained and asked for that part to be replaced but it would not have arrived in time for the birthday. There is obviously no quality control. I wouldn’t purchase again.

Brilliant, I love the Stackers. I now have a seven-tier jewellery box.
I am now looking at how to organise my make-up using Stacker.
Last but not least I shall be buying them for birthday gifts.

I actually love this product and it deserves 5 stars but I did find the website difficult to navigate and had to send an email message (which was answered promptly) to be able to find just the extra layers I was looking for.
I have had my jewellery stacker boxes for years and they still look like new. Perfect compartment sizes to fit and keep tidy all my jewellery.

I had a really positive experience with Stackers customer service. The response was quick, friendly and genuinely helpful from the start.

Maddie in particular was great to deal with. She was approachable, patient and made the whole process feel easy. I never felt like I was being pushed around or ignored, which unfortunately can happen with some brands.

It’s clear that they care about their customers and are willing to listen and find a solution. That kind of support makes a big difference and definitely leaves a strong impression.

I have just purchased the stackers backpack in the lovely taupe colour. I was not disappointed. The quality is amazing and the colour is a perfect neutral without being too light to showing up marks in the future. The bag was a little bit more than I would have usually paid but I bought it in the spring 20% off deal. I think the price does reflect the quality of the item and the little extra touches eg removable purse.

The bag is advertised as fitting a 13 inch laptop, I emailed before purchasing to ask about sizes and received a very prompt response. It fits my 14 inch laptop so always worth checking if that is what is stopping you buying this bag.

I have already received compliments on the look of the bag after only using a couple of times.

Absolutely delighted with my purchases. The order came quickly and was the usual quality I’ve come to expect from Stackers (we have quite a collection)! Thoroughly recommend.
