Steering wheel lacks spring required for electrical connection
Steering wheel looks great but there is a spring require in the wheel to hold the electrical connection against the backplate so the horn works. Without this this horns will not work, it will not pass inspection therefor I will need to return the steering wheel.
Help Please.

Hey Dan, I checked with our sales team on this. It shows the order was placed on 5/8, and the cancellation request was not received until 5/12. By that time, the order had already moved into the shipping process and could no longer be stopped before shipment. We apologize for the confusion regarding the timing and status updates.

If you would like to return the item, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label, and once the item is received back, we will issue a full refund. They had the part that I needed, it arrived in less than a week, 4 days I think with regular ground shipping. It was packaged very well and was received in perfect condition.

Item arrived damaged but because I signed for the product the vendor will not honor a replacement. I'm iut $440.00 . I have been trying to see if the company would send me a replacement for over 3 weeks. I'm very disappointed and in the future I will not do business with this company. To anyone who buys from this company, don't sign anything.

We did make the effort to contact the vendor for you and see what they would do. But, they would not replace due to the time since being delivered and signed for was too long.
