We reviewed the interactions carefully. On January 27, 2026, during your initial call, you expressed satisfaction with our pricing for the non-owner SR-22 insurance stating it was significantly lower than other quotes you had received—and you proceeded to pay in full and start the policy. You even mentioned that you were planning to bring your car over to us for coverage when the time was right. The call concluded on a positive note.
On February 2, 2026, you contacted us to cancel the policy after learning from the DMV that your license could not be reinstated at that time. We processed your request promptly, explained the next steps (including the emailed cancellation document for your signature), and there were no indications of dissatisfaction during that conversation.
We were surprised by the 1-star review, as we had not received any prior concerns via phone, email, or otherwise regarding our team's service. The owner personally reached out to you via voicemail to discuss what may have gone wrong and to offer assistance in resolving any issues or making things right.
We understand the frustration that can come with DMV-related challenges, which are unfortunately outside our control as an insurance provider. Our goal is always to deliver clear, competitive, and supportive service for customers navigating SR-22 requirements.

They stated that they would submit the sr 22 electronically into my state but nothing has been submitted i pick this company because it was supposed to be quick so I could get my eligibility back i paid the fees To the Dmv and im just waiting on them to send it into my state but now I fear ill have to mail it in which will take longer

That said, while the filing is transmitted on our side, the state's processing and updating system typically takes 1–5 business days on average to fully reflect across all databases and make the SR-22 visible/recognized everywhere in the state. Some states update faster (sometimes same day or within 1–3 days), while others can take up to the full 5 business days or occasionally a bit longer during high-volume periods or due to specific state processing rules.
Your SR-22 is in process and on track—no action is needed from you at this time. If it hasn't shown up in your state's online portal or with your current insurance provider after 5 full business days from the submission date, please reach out to our support team with your policy number, and we'll immediately check the status with the state and provide an update or resubmit if there's any unexpected issue.
We're here to get this resolved for you as quickly as possible—thank you again for your patience, and sorry for any worry this has caused. Let me know if you have questions in the meantime.
