I paid $65 dollars for a needoh bundle for my daughters Easter basket. It NEVER arrived! I contacted customer service 7 times and they refused to give me a refund unless I was able to prove that the package never arrived. I called usps and they said there was no way to do that, that the seller had to. I told squish-mania that and they still refused to give me a refund. I’m also pretty sure their responses are AI not a person. THE WORST customer service and overall experience I’ve ever had with online shopping! This company is dishonest and disgusting!!!

Ordered on 3/3/26 for Easter surprise for my grandkids! They were so excited about the gifts. Here we are 4/14/26 no gifts!!!!
Such poor customer service and follow up. No tracing info at all. It just shipped it says? That’s it!

I paid $96 for two sets of Needough Bunny Hunt and they were fake. Nothing like what they were supposed to be like.

Horrible scam! Paid $95 for two pack of Easter needoh bundle. Fake boxes with tiny little squishy shapes in printed Needoh boxes.
Website is no longer a site and their is no way to contact.

I ordered the Nee Doh golden egg Easter hunt bundle and to say I was scammed is being polite. Paid Nee Doh prices for dollar store squishes. This company is a sad excuse of a retailer and by delivering products like this, they won’t be around long.

They sent me a counterfeit item and then refused to refund me without shipping the item back at my own expense. This was after it took over a month to receive the item in the first place. Do not ever buy anything from this company.

If I could give zero stars I would. This site is a scam. They sent me fake merchandise. It was literally plastic junk that they put in fake name brand boxes. NeeDoh squishies are a kid favorite at the moment. I bought what looked like a cute Needoh brand gift for my 9 year old and what arrived was ridiculous. So cheap worth $5.99 not $69.00. I tried to ask to return and they sent me an address in China where I have to pay for the return shipping. (Squishmania Return

Shipping costs are between $200 & $400. This is a joke, right?? Nope, a scam. My credit card company is diving into this awful company. Hopefully I will get my $69.00 back. Worst purchase of my life. Stay away from this site!!! You will regret it……

The needoh toys are not real. The egg hunt is a fake. Don't buy

What you purchase and what you get do not match. A complete rip off.

Completely counterfeit product as others have mentioned. The pictures advertised do not match what you receive and they also offered me 15% discount to keep their crappy product. Disupted charge through credit card company.

This company sells imitation and scam products such as the advent calendars offered this year. When you receive your product they offer you a 15% refund and assure you that returning it is just a hassle for everyone and that is the best option.

This company sells only one FAKE (and overpriced) product - the NeeDoh advent calendar. It is so laughably fake that the poorly translated English makes no grammatical sense. We have the real one as well that my son got as a gift; the size is completely different and the quality of the toys is shoddy. Do NOT purchase anything from this website.
