I ordered a expensive order from them and three out of the two came popped and when I emailed them and told them what happened they said they would not have been able provide refunds for all of them they are terrible to deal with.

I ordered a pricey order from there and two out of six squishy's came back popped. I'm hoping I can get a refund but I don't expect much.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. I emailed them the day of delivery that two products came leaking/with holes in them. Attached pictures to which they responded a week later blaming prolonged use and fingernail marks. Neither is possible because they came broke and my child has extreme OCD and bites her nails off.

I ordered two squishies, the apple smoothie for my boyfriend and the mini cheese for myself. The Apple Smoothie Squishy came broken, the plug was not sealed properly, and the slime inside was spilling out. The cheese squishy was fine upon arrival. I emailed them, dmed them on TikTok, where I originally saw them, and commented on their most recent video on April 7th, and they have not responded (It is now April 10th). During class, I was playing with my cheese squishy, and I noticed at the plug that there was slime coming out, almost exactly like how the Apple Smoothie Squishy broke. I am incredibly dissatisfied with the product, especially for the price I paid for it ($14.99 EACH!!!) I also saw so many positive reviews, and I feel like I got scammed.

Took over a month to receive the giant squeeze cheese and was ripping/leaking within 10 minutes of squeezing it. What a colossal waste of time and money. Yep, I'm an idiot for buying it. Lesson learned.

I purchased 2 items and was sent 2 totally different items than what I ordered. I emailed them and went to their help line and never got any response from either. The items that they sent were only valued at half of what I payed too. But I obviously didn't even want those items as I didn't order that. BIG SCAM, STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE

Squishy broke within first hour of use. Seller not replying to messages.

Edited to say: Seller replied in the end and offered a replacement, so hopefully this one will be fine.

It is now 3rd March and I have chased the seller up for the replacement on 28th February and I have heard nothing from them!

My daughter order over $50 worth of stuff and it all smells like gasoline and is soooo cheaply made. They’re mostly held together by a zip tie. Don’t waste your money

Extremely disappointed as 2 out of 2 products broke within a few hours play. Delivery was efficient and I was very pleased with products on arrival. Boxed nicely and lovely gift. Items were lovely but unfortunately it was short lived as they broke very quickly leaving my daughter very disappointed. £25 wasted.

I ordered about ten different items, and i've only opened two. i'm going slow because everyone i've opened is so awesome!!!!!!!!!! 10 out of 10. My son loves it so much too.

I ordered a sand stress ball for my daughter, it came damaged, all the dust inside came out. The package itself was crushed, they should have plan for a protection of the ball. I wrote an email to the company for a refund and they never replied

I placed an order on November 17th and have yet to receive it. Tracking information indicates the item has not yet shipped internationally. This was intended as a birthday gift for the 30th, and the lack of responsiveness and disregard for delivery timelines is unacceptable. I would not ecommend ordering from this company and will defenetly not be ordering from them again. So disappointing
