Looks great! They even emailed me to upload a better logo because the one I originally uploaded was distorted and low quality. I will be ordering more.

Worth every penny! Amazing quality, timely delivery, outstanding customer service! Almost didn’t order anything because I was struggling to get your system to stop kicking my images back to a blank canvas but I am so happy I finally got it to save and order! WOW I am so excited to get these installed on my food trailer! The quality is amazing and customer service and support is top notch! Thanks!

The edges were bent right out of the packaging. Used a heat gun to get the edges to re-stick... There is blue little streaks on 2 of the 5 I ordered... Like there was a printer issue.

We’re sorry to hear about the confusion with your order and understand your frustration. After reviewing the order details, the product selected and approved during checkout was for decals rather than magnetic signs.
Our team made several attempts to assist, including email follow-ups, phone calls, and offering a courtesy coupon to help improve your experience. While we understand this outcome was disappointing, we do appreciate your feedback and will continue looking for ways to make product selections and order details clearer for our customers.

Thank you for your feedback. We take concerns about product accuracy seriously and always aim to help resolve any issues quickly. After your initial review, our team reached out multiple times requesting photos or additional details so we could investigate and assist further, but we did not receive a response during that period.
Once we eventually heard back, the information provided did not allow us to verify the issue. We remain open to reviewing any additional details if you would like us to take another look. Our goal is always to ensure every order meets expectations, and we're here to help whenever we can.
